McDonald’s

This is the most disgusting play place for your child. There is a wall inside the playground where a big patch of Sheetrock was exposed. I was horrified when I walked to take a closer look, it was pipes and other God knows what infestation could be happening. There were nothing to cover it and no signs. I called corporate to complain and they said they will notify the upper management. The overall customer service of this place is lacking too. A customer in front of me was arguing with the cashier about getting a cup of water. The cashiers don’t even wear name tags either so you don’t even know who to refer to when you want to make a complaint.

My first impression walking in was that it was super clean. It looked like the floors had just been mopped and they we’re shiny. I think walking into a fast food place if you see that the floors are dirty and the counts are clean, You should probably leave right away, Because that’s not a good sign. But, In this case, It was nice and clean.
The cashier was super nice. She smiled as she took my order. I usually get a McDouble and a small french fry. This time I decided to get the 20 piece nuggets. It was 5 bucks, I figured why not. Considering that I was buying for myself and my spouse. I have been to this McDonald’s a few times before and the food always came out good. I wasn’t surprised when the 20 piece came out good as well.
The nuggets were nice and crisp, Considering that I only live a few blocks away. By the time I got home they were still hot. The cashier asked what kind of sauce I wanted (Usually I get BBQ sauce and Ranch. But my girlfriend loves their BBQ sauce (I do, Too). So, I got 3 BBQ. I wasn’t aware that you could only get 3 depending on what size nuggets you order. The cashier was nice though and gave me 5. I got ranch, 3 BBQ and Sweet And Sour.
They also have a nice sized kids playground that you can see before you walk in. I’ve taken my son there before and he loved it! There’s the little thing he can crawl around in and the big car I believe with the turning steering wheel. He has a blast whenever we go in there. They also have the bin where all the shoes go (Good thing they’re all separate so the shoes don’t touch one another).
It was overall a pleasant experience. I haven’t had a problem here yet and I don’t expect to in the future. They do accept credit cards. I believe they also have an ATM machine by the registers as well.

Can this McDonald’s get any worse?
I always end up coming here because it’s the closest one. However, these people are just HORRIBLE. There are the rare occasions when you get a good cashier; a few years back, I asked if I could exchange a toy, and she took the time to ask me which one I was looking for. I came back a few days later for another Happy Meal; this time, I asked a cashier if she could show me the toy for the day. She curtly responded, «No.»
And that’s why I didn’t eat McDonald’s for years. I guess a good thing did come out of interacting with rude cashiers. Unfortunately, the Hello Kitty toys drew me back in…
Oh, so I’m not sure if this is true for all Brooklyn locations, but for most, they’ll only have ONE toy for several days, just so you won’t be able to ask them for a different one. Devious, I know.
I came here for breakfast today with my brother. It was relatively empty around 8 in the morning. He asked for 10 hash browns, because yes, we like hash browns. The lady, was she the manager? because she was wearing a different colored shirt, but I remember the manager being a different person. Anyway, she limps over and says, «It’s too early for this, boy.» If you’re going to make a comment like that, please don’t do it IN FRONT OF OUR FACES. Did she think we were trying to screw with her? No, we just want some damn hash browns.
There’s a reason why McDonald’s is more expensive in Manhattan. And they deserve to be paid more. I guess I’m going to end up going to Manhattan to buy McDonald’s. Paying more is worth not being insulted for what I order.

This place has improved since I was last year they probably have a new manager management the place is clean again then friendly and the bathrooms are clean today so I recommend coming here for food. The place is a lot better run now going to problem is I have only one bathroom for everybody.

Yo compro un happy meal algunas papas y cosas así mi esposo algunas veces compra los desayunos en este sitio, pero solo pasaba hoy por un café y un pay, y tal vez otra cosa pero quería usar el baño antes de ordenar en eso de una forma muy exigente me pidieron el recibo de compra y yo le dije que primero nesecita usar el baño pero no me dejaron usarlo tuve que comprar un café y ordene uno Pays que no tuvieron. El caso es que tuve que entrar al baño con mi café eso es RIDICULO.

I’ve been to this place a few months ago to have breakfast. I ordered a big breakfast that include scrambled eggs, hash brown and pancakes. Once I sat down I cut into the scrambled eggs and I found a black curly hair. I was disgusted & became nauseous, I then immediately got up threw my breakfast away and walked out. Horrible experience. Ruined my morning.
I then came back today with my sister and we ordered some chicken nuggets and burgers. Once I sat down in one of the booths I noticed a roach crawling behind my sister. We both got up and left.
I like McDonald’s but the quality of the place and food is definitely a 0 out of 1 – 10.
My mother wanted to bring my 2 year old niece to play where the children’s play and it reeked of Body odor, the floor looked dirty and there were barley any toys.
This place has a lot of bug problems. There were tons of small mosquitos laying on the walls.
It’s about time this McDonald’s makes a change.

Ha, I must be bored if I am Unilocaling McDonald’s. Seating is tough at this location on weekend mornings due to seniors and families hogging up tables to hang out without ordering, while their kids/​grandkids play at the playland. Because of these loafers, to use the bathroom, they sometimes check receipts to prove you ordered something… then when you produce a receipt, they assume you just took it out of the trash and still give you a hard time to use the restroom. You know the survey on the receipt that gives you a BOGO offer? One time, the manager collected trash receipts and asked multiple patrons including me if she can use their cell phones to complete the survey for herself. I refused to give her my cell phone and the manager had the audacity to ask me why not. Food is consistent with other McDonald’s. Cashier service seems fine.

Horrible customer service. I mean I didnt expect to be greeted and smiled at but neither did I want to be rolled eyes at. Asked for bbq sauce which I paid for and what I got instead was an open bbq sauce all over my food which I only saw when I got home and opened the bag. The worst part of it is that I couldn’t go back and complain since It was the manager who took my order. Not at all asking for employees to be nice (which they probably should be) at this point, just don’t be this rude!!!

You couldn’t even give them a raise for them to actually do their job properly. I received a wrong order and was not given the receipt without asking for it. Really unprofessional, disorganized during lunch rush, and do not call out order number. Stay away during lunch and save yourself a headache.

Very unfriendly staff. Tried to order a mcgriddle for breakfast and the staff acted as if I owed her money. Now I feel how she feels. Thank you McDonald’s for running my day.

I live around this area all my life, this McDonald has gone really bad especially with customer service. I ask for hot chocolate with wip cream nothing the first time and what makes it worst I ask for it again, lady just took the drinks and pretend to put wip cream in it. Dude I spend my hard earned cash on shitty service, NEVER AGAIN. I’ll come back when you get a better crew. Even their so call perfect performance is shitty.

Since the last time I have visited, I must say that I observed improvement in terms of space management. When I walked in today, I saw that the place is empty. I could not believe my eyes. There was finally room to sit somewhere. The lady that I ordered from kept me updated on my food and told me how much more minutes I have left until my 50-​piece chicken nuggets are ready. That was something new and helpful that made my experience much better than before. I see that they have finally came to their senses. I will be visiting here more often :) Thanks for the improvements!

Have definitely seen a change in the past year or so. Still one or two who LOOKS annoyed but I can’t assume that they are… So so nice. Breakfast people and during lunch time… Old staff probably got wiped out like they should and the new ones are so so kind and do NOT act like they’re annoyed. When they make a mistake, they don’t roll their eyes or anything and just kindly give me what I need. Thank you. You guys made a wonderful change =)!

Bfast mon-​sat ends at 11am. Why are they ending before 10:50??? Know ur times and stick to it

Very rude workers. Every time I go there the cashiers look grumpy. They don’t say thank you. Whatever happened to service with a smile? Management needs to step up.

I hate going to this McDonald’s but I have no choice since it is near where I live and my little bro craves for McDonald’s quite frequently. The customer service for this place is extremely bad and most of the times I went, a rude staff takes my order. There used to be this one lady that I love going to because she was so sweet and gives extra toys to my bro but unfortunately, she wasn’t there no more); As for the rude staff, It seems like they are always in a rush to finish with my orders which is something I do not like. We as customers have the right to take our time to order. As for the food, I never have a problem so that’s good.
There are lots of Asian customers there and I have always wondered why they don’t hire staff that can speak Chinese to take the orders rather having those rude staff giving a total attitude and being disrespectful because of language barrier. Hopefully they will have some Chinese speaking staff so ordering can be less frustrating for both customers and staff.

It’s McDonald’s. The food taste the same as all. Small play area. That is always packed with kids. 9am till 7pm. For the most part the parents are attentive. The service is not the best but they are getting better. They keep the place clean.

Pros it’s the cleanest restaurant bathroom in Brooklyn.

This place is located in bay parkway… and I usually come here just to grab something and just chill out with a few friends just cause…
What I usually get is two apple pies and a cheese burger… fills me up extremely fast…
apples pies are what i usually get when I’m in this particular mc Donald’s …who doesn’t like there apples pies… they only cost 65 cents each… you know what i think I’m gonna go get one right now.haha. the crust toasted to perfection gushy baked apples surrounded by sweet cinnomin goo… inside a green square box with steam rolling out the sides of the holes… the smells of apples!
This place is soooooo over crowed… People everywhere… From all ages. Of cores majority are kids… Theres a play ground… Two floors… downstairs are only for group parties… must be reserved!

Must be the worst McDonald’s in NYC.
This happened on a weeknight around 7pm. 2 registers were open and there were about 8 customers total. I saw 4 workers. I waited for 15 minutes on the line waiting to be called, but got so frustrated that I just left. I saw literally 2 orders that were actually given to customers in 10 minutes. Goodbye fast food and welcome to I don’t give an eff and wait service.
Terrible, terrible, terrible…

It’s the Mc Donalds I’ve grown up with so I can’t complain about that. The food is your usual Mc Donald fast food. You can’t really complain about it; but I’ve seen ‘better quality’ MickyD’s somewhere else. I can’t even get BBQ sauce without paying 25cents for it. They only serve ketchup and if you’re lucky you’ll get sweet n sour. –_​– other Mc Donalds I’ve been to actually have served honey mustard!
Anyway, there’s not much complain about service coming from my experience. There are a couple of rude workers here but I’ve never encountered one that was particularly mean with me. I’ve seen better MickyD’s though!
p. s. order fries without salt (they’ll make a fresh new batch and you can add salt later on) sometimes the fries get soggy and they just sit there after a while so ordering a new fresh new batch is the way to go.
