This company,
, deserves negative stars. They practice advertising things and then not delivering them as other reviewers have said. They give little to terrible customer service as icing on the cake. Do not do business with iKitchen. Let them go out of business.

OMFG. If I could give this place negative stars, or take stars away, I seriously would!
I’m a pretty patient person, but I ordered something from this place (online) on Nov. 17 and it is now almost 1 month later and the freaking order STILL hasn’t arrived. To top if off, their customer service is only open from 9 – 5 EST (Mon-​Thurs), barely open on Fridays, and NOT OPEN on the weekends!
I got an email awhile back saying they were shipping my order and when it didn’t show up, I got an email saying my shipment was cancelled. I waited a week and didn’t hear anything from this company. I actually had to call and when I finally got through, they said it was coming… still no e-​mail to say my item was shipped, nothing has come in the mail and now I’m forced to cancel the order because it’s getting too close to Christmas to wait for this present to show up.
I seriously hate them… they’ve made my Christmas shopping experience miserable! GRR.
