This is our second purchase with Boris. The man is professional courteous and extremely knowledgeable with his products and goes the extra mile to find what you want. Everything goes exactly the way he said it would. Our Delivery/Install team called to close the gap on the window of the delivery time which is rare as we found them great listeners and knowledgeable with their task at hand. These purchases were installed in our 92 year old moms home and she felt comfortable with them in her home. Thank you Boris. We will get the word out of your outstanding Professional service to others as we can’t wait to do business with you again…. Thanks West &Deborah…..

I called and asked them if they price match and asked them if they had the item in stock they said they do and yes they had it when I got there to the store they told me they don’t price match the item I wanted They shouldn’t have told me they would and they shouldn’t pick and choose what they price match they were also very rude about it. Go elsewhere

I wanted a laptop that was both affordable and with lots of hard drive space for the Sims and such as one always does.
I came. I saw. I conquered.
I was helped by Sarah (le girl with the awesome hair). She showed me quite a few models. I ultimately decided on an Acer by personal recommendation.
The manager, Nick hooked it up for me. I was able to set up layaway, tech support plans and all of that good stuff.
I normally go to Staples out of convience, but i never save $ 200 bucks. I need to
more often.

Went in today to buy a new clock radio. Not a big ticket item by any stretch, but Vincenzo took the the time to show me (the rather large!) selection.
Good selection of product, good prices and good sales help.

One of my favorite stores in terms of electronics. Always shop here for my computers as well as my tv’s. Every time I walk in my usual guy whose name is Alex greets me if he spots me. He always helps me get the best deals. He isn’t always there so sometimes I have to look for help from other employees which isn’t so convenient for me because half of them are always busy. It is hard to grab their attention, but when you do, they help you get what you want. Defiantly recommend checking the store out for any sort of electronics that you might need. They will help you out and help you get the best deals.

I honestly didn’t enjoy my stay while shopping around. I prefer going to another location to shop. I have an GE account. And when dealing with the employees I honestly wanted to cancel it! I called another location. That I know about and had them help me. Took care of it. And wash helped by a wonderful manager to finished my sale! I bought want I wanted even with out their employees help. And this wasn’t a first time either!

I love it, I love it! What sold me was TV demonstration at the Pc richard store. I wish I had asked the name of the salesman he was wonderful!!! I visited the store on Thursday afternoon on 07÷17÷14. A nice gentleman took care of my family and myself, we were extremely pleased by his professionalism. My aunt bought there the 65 inch Samsung TV. Two thumbs up!

I recently purchased a few large ticket items from this store. I like this smaller location for a few reasons. Parking lot made it easier to take my time shopping. I also felt like I got more attention during my search for a washer. The salesperson that took care of me surprised me with how much he knew about the different models. I ended up with a really great energy saving machine that is saving me on my water and electric bill. i will definitely shop here again even though it’s not as close to my house.

I came in for a food processor and not one person approached me. No salesmanship.
I did find what I needed and the manager did match the price I had found at Home Depot. So they get stars for that, otherwise I would have rated them lower.

Avoid this place. The salespeople are condescending and rude. Went in to buy a blu-​ray player and an HDMI cable and spent most of my time trying to convince them I didn’t need the most expensive HDMI cable they had. Let me buy what I want! I understand the up-​sell attempts but don’t be so rude about it.

This is the worst PC Richards location, I have purchased an air conditioner from them. At the point of sale the sales person convinced me to take a surge protector for my A/​C which costs $ 40. At that point I specifically asked if I can return this «special surge protector» in case I don’t need it. The representative assured me that it will not be a problem to return it. After I purchased the A/​C along with this surge protector I came home to install it realizing that the «special surge protector» didn’t even fit in the outlet that I have for my A/​C. So I went back to the store to return it, as soon as the manager came over to process the return he told me that the return cannot be processed due to the surge protector came with the A/​C and it was a packaged deal. If I want to return this item, they can take it back but will not be issuing a refund. he would just increase the price of the A/​C by $ 40. I was completely taken for a fool and lost $ 40.

Do yourself a favor and go to Sears. It’s cheaper there and while you will get zero service you won’t be annoyed by salespeople who offer you crappy deals.

They sell quality products. My advice: talk to salespeople. They will give you nice discounts. Very often they have big discounts around major holidays: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Presidents Day. They will deliver anywhere in NYC and Long Island. Recommend the store highly.

I found the salestaff in this store completely unhelpful. I’m a girl, and I freely admit to being completely unknowledgeable when it comes to anything with outlets, plugs — anything requiring electricity. I walked in ready to spend money based on salesperson assistance and advice. I walked out twenty minutes later after approaching five — count ‘em, five — different salespeople and having each and every one completely and totally ignore me.

I like this PC Richard location. The place has it all from digital cameras to plasma tvs. They have a friendly, but not pushy, sales staff that will assist you with getting the item you want and showing you accessories you need. One guy was nice enough to show me a digital camera I had seen online and said, «they sell this carrying case for it… but you don’t need this one, they have a cheaper priced one over here.» I thought that was pretty cool, since most sales people want you to buy the most expensive item.
Parking sucks though… its on busy Kings Highway and their parking lot is a sliver on the side of the building with maybe 10 spaces. I always seem to get lucky and get one of the lucky spaces when I go there, but its a pain in the neck to get out of the spot since its so tight.
Anyways check them out if you need some electronics, they are just as good as Best Buy and better than Circuit City in my opinion.
