Michael Napolitano-Re/Max Metro

I have been working with the Napolitano team for a little over 2 years and this has been a truly amazing experience!!! 2 years ago I was left an apartment by my grandmother who had passed away, I was not capable of living in her home that she shared with my grandfather because there were to many memories and the pain from loosing them was to much to bare. So I knew I was going to sell it but had no idea how. One day I was walking down my block and saw a sign for Re/​Max and they got me in touch with John Amaturo. He is one of the most charismatic, patient and funny people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He immediately jumped in and introduced me to Michael Napolitano and Josephine Sabatino who worked around the clock and answered questions 12 million times a day till I was comfortable. They sold my grandmothers place in about a months time in the middle of winter when no one was shopping. All of this while simultaneously working on step 2 which was getting me a new place to call home. I cannot tell you how many places I saw till I found the one. They have helped me with everything every step of the way. They worked with me and my crazy schedule and did everything and then some to get everything done and done right. I could not have asked for a better team of people to have gotten me through this time in my life and will forever be grateful for all they have done. Thank you Thank you Thank You!!! I will always recommend everyone who is looking for a home straight to all of you!!!

OMG this is the worst/​most disorganized/​completely useless agency I have EVER dealt with. I spoke to Vivian and Mara several times to make several different bookings.
The first day that one of their Agents — John Amaturo actually showed us apartments. the timing was RIDICULOUSLY inconvenient, they switched everything around the day of and he was late. to both listings he had to show us and didn’t know where one of them was…
Next I had to contact them as they were the listing agents for several properties in Brooklyn and they couldn’t schedule a time to show us a listing they had, they offered ONE time on a day I told 4 people at their agency that I would be away. Couldn’t offer an alternative. I got text messages from 4 different phone numbers and then a phone call asking Why I couldn’t make that ONE time they offered.
Honestly I genuinely think the people that work here are just stupid.
Sorry I’m not sorry. Get yourselves together.

Michael helped my family and I sell our house in a time when the sellers market was really down. We had an amazing home with and it was in our family for many years. It was sad to depart with it and we only did so because of our less than appealing neighbors. Michael helped us to make our home appeal to a very specific buyer. Together with Michael We came up with a plan together and he was right on it. My house sold in less than 30 days and was the one of the highest selling homes in the area in a six month history. We honestly can say he worked his butt off. I know he is an extremely busy agent but he ALWAYS made us feel like we were his only clients. I truly appreciate everything that you did Michael, you are not only and excellent agent but a great friend. Keep up the good work, and you know that my family and I will always refer all of our friends and family to you!
