I found this company through this site and thought might as well give them a try. I will never again use them. To be fair, the apartments I could possibly afford were a little below apartments they had avaliable, but I felt alot of pressure. They were very nice and if I could have afforded them I would have. But I do not work well or make decisions under pressure, especially decisions that require an exchange of money and/​or a legal agreement. To make a long story short, I decided to stay where I am currently living and when I decide to move again, I will not be going back to Appleseed Realty.

When I moved to Brooklyn I was informed of Pat Downs, realtor at Prudential. She was very friendly and informative with the Bay Ridge area which I really liked. She found us a lot of great apartments and even a Brownstone. I would highly recommend her, she will fight for you and she really knows her stuff. Unfortunately we were unable to get any of the great apartments we were shown and it turned out that we didn’t use her to get the place I live in now, but honestly she is wonderful and if your looking for a great find in Bay Ridge, Pat will find it.
