this was the worst so far costumer service my company had to deal with !!! first was recommended by hotel to use their service ! so i called, the person i was on the phone with had no clue what to do so he asked me to email, nobody ever responded nor made a follow up phone call. so i called back today and they kept putting me on hold and transferring me to different reps, at the end i was transferred back to same person who could not help me on the 1^st place !! when i was ready to place an order for rental, he said warehouse is closed, so i asked if i can place an order online, his response for rental that it can be processed only by phone, in which case i was ready to do few days ago, but he specifically instructed me to email instead of calling ! after he would not transfer me to talk to manger nor supervisor to help to solve this issue… he simply hung up the phone !!!

Very good help — on time for delivery and pick up too!
