Ordered takeout from here for lunch. I got the Roast beef wrap and I thought it was pretty good. The roast beef was thinly sliced and tasted great and the roasted peppers were plump and delicious. There was also Dijon mustard but it was a little too watery for my liking. The flatbread was perfect, soft and chewy. $ 9 including tax and tip for delivery which I would say is a standard price for a wrap.

I have been ordering food from this place and recommending it to others for years despite the fact that their deliveries take over an hour and their employees(except the delivery guys) are usually rude. Today I ordered a salad and a fresh-squeezed juice. I had a 10% off card that I have been using for years as well, all of a sudden they stopped accepting it over the phone and would only accept it in person. Fine, rules change, I understand so I proceeded with my order without the discount. When an hour and 15 minutes passed by, I called to follow up on the status of my order. Eventually, it was delivered, their delivery men are very nice and courteous, always a pleasure to deal with(this is why I am giving this place 2 stars and not 1). When I started eating my salad, I noticed one of the ingredients I paid for was missing, in addition to that the salad leaves were not washed properly so I could feel sand on my teeth. I called them back asking for a refund for the missing ingredient(as opposed to making them send one of their delivery guys to deliver it), they started arguing with me that they put it in the salad. I offered to send them a picture. The lady I spoke with sarcastically said«yes, send it, you are the only one complaining today!» I ignored that unprofessional comment. And I did not even mention the sand I could taste in my mouth. I would be happy to send the photo but I was not given neither an email nor a cell phone number despite the fact that I asked for it. Then the lady just added«I know why you are doing it» implying that I was trying to make up for the discount I did not receive. I am not a cheap person and very rarely complain. I was disgusted and fed up with that treatment and just told her to forget about it. Eventually, the lady apologized for the inconvenience but it was not enough to make up for my ruined lunch and the hassle I had to go through. Ordering food should not make you lose your appetite and cause aggravation. I am definitely not ordering anything from that place again and will discourage my co-workers from ordering.

For the steep price and the not so good food quality, the blonde lady worker or owner whatever she is, is so rude all the time. She yells on the top of her lungs at the Hispanic workers that pack the food. Very unprofessional. Oh and did I meantion she is also very rude to all the customers. Never going to this place again… I’ve brushed It off a couple of times but every single time I came there the customer service was terrible. Sorry, but this is the darn truth!

The food is good. The only problem is service. Everytime I get there, the guy who makes food skips me purposely. I feel bad that he is overloaded with orders but just because I am short it doesn’t mean that you can ignore me. Also, if you order via phone get ready to stay on hold for at least 10 mins.

Great place, warm service! I love their soups and the bakery selection they have is great! They always introduce something new to their menu. Prices are fair. Its definitely more pricey than places like Taco Bell, but the quality of the food is by far better. Everything is always fresh and delicious!

The food here is okay. The salad, not bad. The guys who box up your food, or make your salad are friendly-ish. So why the low grade? The women working the register. Yes, plural. Not sure if they teach the women who work the register to act a certain way, but they are… difficult, to put it nicely. You can get the same salad every time, with the same ingredients, and you will get a different price every time you go. No joke. Try and disagree with the price? Like the time they charged me tax twice? Don’t even try. One time my co-worker sent me to get something for her. She gave me a $ 20 she had been doodling on. I went to pay and they gave me change for a $ 10. Um, I gave you a $ 20. She claimed I didn’t. Her manager came over. I said, the $ 20 I gave you had a name doodled on it in red pen… guess who magically found the $ 20 in her register draw? Even after that happened, I still went back. But I feel like it’s overpriced and while getting your food doesn’t take so long, paying for it does. Don’t ask them for a spoon or fork for your food, they will act as if you just asked them to hand over their life savings. Dirty looks, large sighs. Lady look, I don’t really care to ask you either, but I need a utensil for my food. Lately, even the quality of the ingredients they use in their salads seems to have dropped as well. With so many places around to get a salad, I’m passing on this place from now on.

Worst service in the world. So many Unilocalers can’t be wrong! What’s wrong with them??? Even though they have a $ 4.99 lunch special, don’t degrade yourself by subjecting yourself to them. «Gourmet»??? That’s laughable. There are 50 other better options around them.

The guy who makes the salads has such a nasty attitude !!! It’s unbelievable. Food is okay tasting, I just don’t get how they can treat their customers with such dirty looks and attitude — as if they are doing us a favor or something.

If only there were an option to give this place zero stars, then I would. I ordered lunch with a group today at work and boy do I regret it… This was absolutely the most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. For lunch today, I ordered the Italiano chicken Panini. I thought I would be receiving a chicken cutlet on a Panini with pesto roasted peppers, melted cheese, etc like it it said on the menu– however what I got was something that slightly resembled those ingredients emphasis on slightly but imagine it placed into a blender and purée to the consistency of baby food. Also, the flatbread it came on was orange(which I don’t know what type of flatbread is orange) and it also came with some of some nasty distorted pickle that was dyed purple and smelled suspicious. I ate two bites of this before I decided it was truly inedible trash(and that’s where it ended up) I wish the owners would reply to this review, because I honestly want to know what people on this earth prefer their food to be mashed up until it is totally unrecognizable and plopped onto a greasy flatbread. Is this an item that sells often? Do people actually enjoy this slop? I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs.

What a rude and unprofessional place! They brought me not what I ordered and then the OWNER told me on the phone that she doesn’t have drivers right now to bring me what I actually ordered and had the nerve to tell me that she doesn’t have to do anything and can just say that the girl on the phone who was taking the order made a mistake and that’s all. After 2 hours I finally got my lunch! They have an old man who delivers food on a bike and always spills everything and you can’t even say anything to him because he’s old and you sort of feel bad for him. Never ordering from this place again, I can’t deal with these Russian rude services that think they can say or do anything they please. Disgusting.

Wow so many bad reviews!!! The place is totally adequate and the employees are just fine It’s a salad bar — I don’t come here to socialize — I like having a gazillion salad topping options and the food tastes decent every time.

Food is fresh, but service is terrible. Women are treated like second class. Some of the bad service is a related to poor layout… maybe 15% is due to that.

I agree with the other comments no designated place to order. I had to wait at the register while people had a conversation to pay. The owner I believe was not very polite at all. I will not be returning… btw the panini was average and seemed prepackaged.

This place used to be so much better and is now on it’s way to rock bottom. The employees here are some of the nastiest around and the guy that makes the salads acts like he is doing you some sort of favor. The sandwiches/wraps/soups are worth the price but don’t let an employees nasty attitude ruin your lunch.

First time came here to grab a lunch. Ordered lunch special, the chicken soup tasted burned, not sure what exactly was burned in it but it had burned smell and taste!!! The guy who makes paninis was pissed god knows why. Didnt like how the service works at all, rude employees. No designated place to order. Won’t be coming back and do not recommend at all.

I have downgraded Mish Mash Gourmet to 2STARS :(I will probably never come back here again even though this is one of the only places I can get Panini’s or Wrap’s within a mile radius. My review is based on my previous experience coming to the deli. I had ordered a Tuna Melt as I always do with the young Russian girl. She told me to have a seat while she was preparing the Panini and having it warmed up in the machine. I waited about 15 to 20 Min’s until I came up to her at the counter and she said she was busy. 5 minutes later the Mexican worker told me he totally burnt my Panini and asked me if I wanted another one. So let me get this straight, I’m super hungry for fast food and I had to wait 25 minutes to get a response of, «do you want me to make you another one», which would probably take another 25 minutes. I just left and was super angry since I was hungry and was appalled by the horrible service. Hey Mish Mash, guess what, you have just lost a customer for life. I previously spend on an average of $ 50 a week on your food. You can kiss that good bye!
