So the food here is always pretty good, but I don’t know how they keep messing my orders up. I always use seamless, and somehow, the order is always incorrect to some degree. It’s getting a little annoying. I’ll still eat what they send because it’s not worth sending it back or whatever, but come on guys, get it together.

They serve great salads but their customer service needs some help. I left Monty with two salads that I ordered. When I got home they forgot to put the chicken and the cranberries after I ordered and paid for it. I called the manager of Monty and he seemed so nice that I thought he was going to resolve my issue. He told me to come in and and he will fix it. So I came in and one of the worker decided he would handle my problem. Because I had already had something to eat I asked them to fix my salad dressing on the side. When I approached the lady who was so nice to me the day before she was acting kind of strange as though the manager told her I complained about her. I did not tell him who messed up my order the day before because the workers do not have name tags. I described the young lady but it was not the one who appeared to have an anger issue with me. She was so angry with me she did not welcome me like before and she ignored my request to put on heavy dressing. She gave me only two tiny containers, the ones used to catch ketchup. The other day she was patient with me. She addressed me with a smile and asked me what I wanted and gave me my heavy salad wrapped up nicely in foil. Today she just almost throw the tiny containers and she did not speak to me at all. The older gentleman who was helping me started to get angry because one of the female workers kept giving a little bit of salad dressing at a time and he thought it was me wanting more because I had to keep reminding her what to do. The person who caused the problem from the other day was giving one tiny container at a time and forgetting to complete the order. So, I had to keep coming back and it seem like it was my fault. The older gentleman was getting sarcastic when I only wanted what was due me. I walked away with the credit they promised me(the cranberries and chicken they owed me without paying for it twice) but I felt bad because of the way they treated me because they forgot to put certain things in my salad to make my order complete the day before. I am a loyal customer who did not deserve to be treated in that way. I buy a salad three times a week for me and my daughter. I sometimes treat my friends to a salad and I talk positive about the establishment. I called to speak to the manger again about how I was treated. He was polite but I did not feel after talking to him that he truly understood how I felt so I decided to send a message. Do not take it out on your customers if your staff makes a mistake with the orders. If you truly care about your customer show it. It does not hurt to smile and ask us how we feel. Keep the same quality of service even when you are angry with the customer. You guys were truly angry at me and I felt it. I do not know what your boss told you but I only said I was missing two item in my salads. Due to this negative reaction I decided not to come back to your establishment for awhile. I will hold onto my two tickets that are full(completely punch out) for me to get a free salad until I feel comfortable to return. I do not need to feel uncomfortable in a place that I eat. I trust you with my food. That scares me.

Service was good, pizza was good! I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and was pleasantly surprised with how accommodating they were. I was with a child the day I went in and someone working there was kind enough to help me out with a booster seat and they even cut up the pizza in tiny triangles for my little one!

Overpriced average pizza. The main issue is with this place is its totally and completely unorganized. Not worth the trouble.

One star for multiple issues when ordering thru Seemless. Just called to inquire about an order after it was 20 minutes past the estimated arrival time. Turns out they received the order but just didn’t fill it. No reason, no rationale… just oops. That’s no way to run a business.

One of my go-to’s in Brooklyn Heights, an area filled with bad, overpriced places to eat. I’ve been to Monty Q’s several times. Staff is super friendly, and I especially like their greasy garlic bread they give you with salad orders. Did I mention their«small» salads are HUGE? Well, they are, and I like how you can pick ‘n choose what you want them to put in it. Their pizzas-by-the-slice are consistently average, and it can get a but pricey if you plan on getting more than one slice.

I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch slice and it was delicious. It was $ 4.30. It was a bit overpriced in my opinion but overall the pizza was good.

Very disappointed pizza was cold and a ridiculous amount of flies attacking my food. This was one of my favorite places. Don’t think I’ll be coming back. Salad bar looked good but disappointed in my pizza.

So I was very surprised at myself that I haven’t tried this place earlier considering I’m in the area quite often. This will be a quick review based on the chicken and broccoli Stromboli I ordered. The Stromboli was on point, decent size(wish it was bigger) but had a god taste to it and the side sauce accommodated it well. The Stromboli wasn’t too doughy so it had a lite crisp texture which probably made it so good. One major issue… WHYCANT I EVERGET A PIZZAPLACETOSERVE A HOTSTROMBOLI or Chicken roll??? I always get my meal still cold in the middle and I didn’t have enough time to send it back. A hot Stromboli would have scored the 5th star. Place was great size and clean; staff wasn’t the friendliest but I will give it another try.

I had a stromboli. Not bad. Wasn’t cheesy and gooey. Healthier. Their pizza slices looked good though. Might try those. Inside is relatively clean and there’s café style seating.

Monty-Q’s pizza is for true cheese lovers. The thick layer of mozzarella compliments the doughy crust and fills your tummy fast. I ordered half mushroom half sausage. The mushroom wasn’t anything special but the sausage was great! Sometimes you don’t know what to expect when you order sausage on you pizza so here’s what you get: small sausage crumbles with tasty fennel seeds spread all over the slice. They have free delivery! It was fast and piping hot when it arrived.

Major fan. They have a repeat customer right here. Ordered delivery from here with relatively low expectations. Delivery was fast, on time, hot, and most important of all FREE! If you area expecting super thin new york style slices with next to no flavor then you may want to look elseware at your local $ 1 slice joint. But if you are a fan of slightly thicker slices that are lightly baked and on the doughy side this place is your jam. The sauce alone is incredible and was perhaps my favorite part of the pie. It is super garlicy and while not being over salted generally very flavorful but well balanced. They do not short change you on cheese. Each slice is adorned with a beautiful thick rich layer of cheesyness… think teenage mutant ninja turtles stretchyness. Check this place out.

For being out of towners these people really treated us well and explained how their restaurant works since there wasn’t a seat yourself sign. Pizza slices were really big. Stick to the basics with your pizza the buffalo wasn’t my favorite but pepperoni and olives thumbs up.

Ordered from seamless but it never came. Credit card was charged but hour and a half later, food never came. In addition, when we called the restaurant, no answer… Horrible, never again. Upon checking further, seamless lists this place to be open until 10 but their website says 9. Get it together!!!

For a street that is so highly trafficked by hungry pedestrians, Montague Street is surprisingly devoid of good pizza options. Monty Q’s, with its small army of branded delivery bikes parked out front, would have you believe that it is THE place to satisfy your pizza cravings, but I’d respectfully beg to differ. I work just around the corner from Monty’s so I’ve watched as it has undergone a recent facelift, resulting in a noticeable sprucing up of the backboard menus and some rearrangement of the counters. Though they mainly pitch themselves as a pizzeria, the first thing you see when you walk in is a full salad bar, with the requisite array of greens, fix-ins, and dressings. Walk a little further along the counter(still no pizza) and you’ve reached the custom-order pasta section. Placing your order is a cinch since they provide pads of order sheets upon which you can pencil in your perfect pasta, choosing everything from the noodle to the sauce. Note that all add-ins are $ 2 each, which I personally think is highway robbery for a handful of mushrooms and broccoli, but such is the life of a diner in the city. Quibbles with pricing aside, my penne with add-ins and marinara smelled and looked divine after plating, so much so that my fiancé promptly dumped his sad slice of pizza(more on that soon) to fork himself nearly half of my meal. The actual pasta was obviously pre-cooked, reheated, and therefore overcooked, but this ain’t no real eye-talian pasta joint. For a whopping $ 11 and change, I thought it was a decent portion and a fine enough meal, if a little expensive. Now for the pizza. I’d already demurred by virtue of my vegan diet(dairy-free diners beware — no cheeseless options for you here) but any dummy with eyes would see that my fiancé’s buffalo chicken slice was dripping with mediocrity. The copious amounts of cheese had already become unappetizingly yellow and gummy mere minutes after its retrieval from the oven and the crust was thick, chewy, and bready, which is a big no-no for any non-grandma slice. I want to believe that this was the exception rather than the rule to the pizzas here at Monty Q’s, especially since we saw a decent flow of customers come through as we dined in(another plus — plenty of seating), but that particular slice committed some serious pizza crimes that renders us reluctant to try another next time. The pizza selection is sparse for any place that is serious about its pizzeria status, but all of the regular favorites are covered. Service is polite, fast, and friendly enough to make this a solid middle-of-the road option for one’s pizza and pasta fix.

Italian pizzeria on Montague St. I guess they are really on the map. Hillary Clinton stopped by last week. They have a great variety of pasta dishes, pizza and the salads are awesome. You can customize your pasta or salad. Delivery is anywhere from 45 mins to an hour. Save yourself the trouble and. walk over, you won’t be disappointed.

We had lunch delivered from Monty’s during jury duty. They came on time and had the order correct. What’s impressive is that they even separated the orders. Everybody’s order was in a separate bag. I ordered the whole-wheat penne pasta with broccoli rabe and sausage, $ 12.50. Cooking whole wheat pasta is not easy. The pasta came a little overdone but it was still okay with me. The rest of my pasta was delicious I loved the sausage and broccoli rabe. For the price, the portion was okay. If I were in the neighborhood again, I would try the pasta again. …my jury duty adventures continues…

TINYPIZZA I paid $ 18 for a sicilian pizza and got 2⁄3 of the pie. The pizza was smaller than normal size. I feel cheated. The pizza was also too doughy and bland.

Very erratic– It’s either very good or very bad pizza. It’s almost like they have a «b» team and«d «team. Customer service is not good. Good salad options during lunch hour. Update… Pizza has really gotten even worse here. Whether takeout slice or full pie delivery– haven’t had any luck in the last two months. Too bad, they used to make the best plain slice in the area.
