I went in today for a prenatal massage. My masseuse was very friendly. I had read the reviews about this place and already had my guards up. Before I walked in I decided to see for myself and to relax. Not everyone’s experience is the same and I didn’t want to cheat myself from enjoying the massage should it go well. It did! My masseuse walked out about 5 min into the massage(I was like oh great here it goes) but she returned quickly with another pillow to make sure I was ok. She did massage my upper back for longer than what I wanted or expected but through out the massage made sure I was ok. She walked out a couple more times but they were to get hot stones and hot towels which smelled so good. You can tell the towels were clean Bc of the smell. So the reason for the giving the 3 stars? Has nothing to do with the massage but the place itself. Rooms are separated by curtains which is kind of weird, the beds are hard and Bc of its location and how small it is you can hear all the noise from the streets.

Awesome massage and very nice people working there! The deal was pretty cool as well, going back for sure.

A guy started giving me a massage, then he left for a minute or so. A few minutes later, a lady walked into the room. They talked and ended up switching. She also walked out a couple of times in middle of giving me a massage. Seriously?!? She was pretty good, but it was really hard to relax because of the stop and go and because of the noise in the hallway — hence the two stars. I was disappointed because I live right near there and would love to have a great local spot I could go to all the time — but alas, this def does not work for me. This was a Groupon deal — I paid an additional $ 3 tax(required) and they have a $ 10 minimum tip too — all of which I paid, even though it was disappointing.

Don’t ever buy a groupon nor go to this place! I waited 1 hour for a prenatal massage, in addition to that the lady kept telling me to come back after giving birth! Apparently she had no clue how to give a prenatal massage!

The must unbelievably awful massage ever! I am known to go to many spas and get massages! But I ever had an experience like this one. I came out feeling more tense then how I came in. It seem like the person who was doing my massage just came out of massage school. I had to tell him how to do the massage, I was uncomfortable, not enough oils used, it was loud it was just awful. The next day I woke up feeling pain on my back, like black and blues feeling! I will never go back there.

I came here for a prenatal massage that I bought from Groupon. Didn’t expect too much since the coupon was not expensive for a 1 hour massages. This experience was even lower than my expectations. No one spoke any English, only Chinese. A man greeted me. When I showed him my coupon he just kept on saying $ 3 tax, $ 3 tax. Ok. I have no problem paying it. My massage was ok. A C+. The man that was servicing me smoked and his fingers and breath stank. During my massage he kept on leaving me in the room for 5 – 10 min to accommodate all the walk-ins. He kept apologizing and offered additional 10 min but I doubt I got even that. Trying to explain and argue made no sense as no one spoke English. He was disappointed in the tip I was planning to leave and was confused and made me feel bad. So I added more and left. Never again! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially if you are pregnant.

My mom gifted me a 1hr prenatal massage. When I got there, the lady(Jessica is her name) asked me what I wanted. Told her prenatal and we had small talk. Communication was definitely a challenge, but she was polite so I didn’t mind. However, the issues started when I got into the room. First, she kept insisting for me to lay stomach down on the table and I kept telling her«baby» while pointing to my stomach. When she finally got it, she blamed me for not telling her I was pregnant and that was the reason she put me on the wrong table. Second, she covered me with tons of sheets and a fleece blanket and gave me a back rub the entire time. no joke. A straight up back rub. I’d never had a prenatal massage, so I had no clue as to what I should ask for but I knew that wasn’t it. Oh, at the end, she rubbed my scalp. it wasn’t comfortable and she was messing up my freshly done hair. Third, she kept walking out to speak to other people during my massage. By the end of the massage, she had walked out 4 times equally 20mins of lost time in my massage. Not only that, she wouldn’t stop trying to get me to purchase another 60mins. Fourth, I went to tip and she said, «$ 10 is the minimum for each person.» I handed her $ 10, but apparently $ 3 covered the taxes, so I was $ 3 short on tip. Long story short: would never suggest this place to anyone and will not be returning.

DONOTCOMEHERE. Extremely unprofessional. They made us wait 30 minutes only to tell us that we had to wait another 45 minutes because their 12:30 appointment came in. Extremely unorganized and had no system for their appointments.

Went today for a «prenatal massage». No there are not prenatal massage tables and the tables are a bit hard for me personally but Jessica made this visit very enjoyable and relaxing for me as a 5.5 month pregnant woman. Yes this place is small yet inviting and comfortable. Rooms are separated by curtains so you hear all interactions close and outside, which was a turn off but the overall experience was great. Jessica invited me with a big smile and professional massage through out. I will definitely be going back every week or so.

Just stopped in for a massage here — I live in the neighborhood and walked by a few times, then found a Groupon for a great price and thought why not? The staff was friendly and courteous, the place is small but clean and tasteful, and the gentleman who gave me my massage was perfectly professional. Really worked out the knots in my calves, felt great! You can hear the street noise through the curtains which is a bit distracting, but I think this is a great neighborhood place and definitely a fantastic value. If you want the full luxury spa experience go elsewhere and pay the luxury spa price — but for a good massage at a reasonable price, this place is a good bet.

I went for a massage. I have been more stressed and tense lately than ever and Jessica worked on me. She was very attentive to my requests – strong neck/back/shoulders massage – and very good about checking in with me along the way to make sure I was feeling ok. She started with shiatsu like touch and graduated to more Swedish style. Some of it was necessarily painful because if the knots in my back. She took great care of me and I left floating. I’m going back in a few days! Also, very reasonable price!

Ambiance This place is CHEAP. No frills. Do not expect the Ritz Carlton Spa. You get what you pay for. Also there is very pool noise control — you can hear all the commotion in the lobby and you can hear the trucks and cars outside. Massage Was very amateur. Clearly the person was in training or not well trained. the person was not very good at giving the massage. Also the first 20 minutes or so of the massage was through a sheet which I hateeeee. At no point during the 60 minutes did I think«oh wow this feels really good.» Also the masseuse appeared to be a bit sick, and was sniffling and coughing throughout, which was gross. Staff Speak very poor English. Communication is challenging.

One of the most professional massage spas for both women and men in the five boroughs. The staff is expert. The environment is very clean and inviting. The décor is relaxing and soothing. The staff are very friendly and cheerful. This spa is one of the best places to have all your aches and pains soothed away. — Tony Collins
