It’s been a long time since I stopped into this Nathan’s. I arrived at 12:00 p.m. and received undercooked hot dogs and fries. The fries were actually white! I realize they might not want to overcook food but shouldn’t the food be well prepared and ready for lunch time — like 12pm? I was also taken aback at the «tip» line indicated on my receipt. What exactly am I tipping someone at the counter for — for doing their job? — which wasn’t even done well. Perhaps better training and management is needed here. One more thing, this location has always had a depressing look and feel to it. Someone with a good design eye for revamping this place would be a welcome change.

The Kings Plaza Nathan’s kinda sucks but it’s okay for the fries, which is all I ever would eat there, and bottled water for $ 1. IMO, fries at any Nathans seem better than fries at any other fast food places. This restaurant has poor ventilation. Heavy greasy kitchen odors are in the dining area. I sit at a table just inside the entrance, which is open to the mall and fresher air. The ladies room was very poor today. One stall was out of order and the other stall’s latch was broken. It was grungy, but did have toilet paper and hand soap.
