Very poor disinfecting practices! Just returned from Natural Nails as this was recommended by several people. Unfortunately i am once again disappointed. Yes, the sink was layered with a plastic bag for my pedicure, but the tools were not sanitized properly. The salon has blue disinfecting liquid on each table BUT they do not use it. It is just for show in case inspection comes. They use the uv light machines for tools which is not legal in NYS. And one of the workers proceeded with the same tools on the next customer after just rinsing them with tap water! And the lady that did my nails, simply closed the box she had tools in which she used on me and put them in the drawer of her desk. Very disturbing. Not returning here again and not recommending this salon to anyone else.

The staff is really nice… no attitudes, polite and courteous. They are in compliance with new DOH Regulations and use plastic linings for pedicures. Very clean facility, well air conditioned great massage chairs, sizable staff which resulted in a short wait time.

I have been a happy customer for a DECADE. Patrick the owner is amazing when it come to tips. Now a days I prefer regular mani’s and I only use Cathy-​she is awesome. For pedicures Nina is my go to girl, hers last 30 mins long and she takes care of your feet as if they were her own. I have tried other places but I was spoiled by the service here and always come back especially because how clean they keep the place. Its best to call and make appointments in advance otherwise the wait is long or you wont get the dream team.

Love this place! I have been going there since I was in high school. I always go to Patrick for my tips, Cindy for my pedicures and Kathy for anything and everything. Everyone is good there, but over the years you get to know what you like.
Their polish lasts for a while for me. I always chip, but my manicures stay on. My pedicures are the highlight of the place. I die for Cindy to fix everything anyone else did wrong, but she is very busy so I don’t always have a chance to go to her.
Gel manicures are not the best there, at least not for me. They never last two weeks or even a week. Maybe it’s the way they do it, but of all the places I have been they do the worst job when it comes to that.
Otherwise, they are friendly, cleans and open on Mondays :)

I was very pleased with the prices, the friendliness of the staff, and everything but the quality of the nail polish. I’m not sure what’s going on here, but I’ve had 2 manicures and 1 pedicure basically chip completely off in 2 – 3 days. Usually I can keep manicures looking OK for a week and pedicures for several weeks, but maybe they use too much thinner in the polish… I had a whole toe’s worth of polish come straight off the DAY AFTER a pedi at a wedding. Not cool.
Like I said, everything else was great. If they updated their polish supply that would make a huge difference!

I went in for the first time yesterday, I brought my little one who is 3 and my teenage sister. We all had a wonderful experience even my 3 year old! I went in for a mani/​padi and of course my daughter wanted to soak her feet, they were so nice they let her sit with me and put her feet in the water too. Then after ten minutes they took her dried off her feet and painted her nails and toes while mommy got taken care of as well. They were so nice, I’m definitely going back!

The owner always does my nails himself, the place is very nice, everybody very friendly, i do my nails in this salon for over 3 years and i am very pleased.

Nice place the owner is a nice guy. They are busy but the wait is worth it. Everyone there knows how to do your nails.
