Navruz Bread Inc

Ordered a fried tilapia sandwich, got some kind of brown/​gray salmon on a stale roll with an enormous slice of tomato. Had to throw it away. Fries were cold and wilted.
Chicken wings had an ok taste but came with coleslaw instead of blue cheese. You can’t dip anything in coleslaw!
Delivery took over an hour. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The first week this place opened, the burgers were very good, good amount of fries and delicious sesame bread. Made us really want to go back and have more. When we finally went to try the burgers again, we were so disappointed. The bread was not the same, we received the burgers on some small plain rolls. We had also asked for well done burgers and they were medium rare to rare burgers! The amount of fries were so disappointing as well, I can literally count them! It wasn’t the same amount of fries from the first time I ordered from here. I called to let them know, what went wrong with our order and the guy who answered didn’t care to listen or even apologize to his customer. He said he was busy because he was in a meeting. They really don’t seem to care about there customers. I really wanted to support our local food places, but this place seems to be interested in pushing away customers instead of keeping them.

I stopped by this place yesterday for take out.
Food was good. I had beef kebab (it was full of flavor & juicy) with salad (cabbage with some carrots), it was good, but honestly extremely small. Come on guys add some rice may be and few more pieces of meat. It was more like appetizer, I didn’t expect huge portion, but even for a little kid it would be nothing. I would pay little more for bigger portion and this delicious meat.
I’m giving 5 stars because food was good, place clean and service nice and this 3 criteria are very important to me.
Will try it one more time, hope to see improvements.

I randomly stopped by to check this place out! Very reasonable prices and everything on the menu looked very delicious!!! I tried the The Navruz Half Pounder and beef Kebab. My food was made fresh while I waited and chatted with very friendly staff. Place is very clean always a plus!

Disgusting customer service, and their food doesn’t make up for it. My office is 3 blocks away and it took them an hour to deliver, half the order came wrong. I called and told them and they apologized and said they would send the right stuff in 15 minutes AN HOUR LATER still no food. I called and the manager said the guy just left, fast forward 30 minutes still no food so i called again and the phone guy said he just left 5 minutes ago. ARE YOU KIDDING!!! The food finally came and AGAIN its wrong so once again i called and spoke to Bob who reassured me he would take care of me tomorrow (which is today). I just called and spoke to Bob who very rudely told me «can I call you back im busy» i said excuse me and he replied «im busy right now can you call me in 10 minutes». There is no doubt that they have the best SAMSA but all their other food lacks and the headache that comes with it is definitely not worth any Samsa.
1PM Bob called me back and asked what we would like and i told him only Samsa and then he asked me if anyone else in the office would like anything else and i told him we will have Samsa and salad
3:40 PM — He finally came with what was suppose to be us «taken care of»
