I have leased and purchased many cars from dealers over the years but I will only lease/​purchase my vehicles from New Auto Group from now on. My representative Robert Markhasin was not only very professional but also very patient and kind with all of my questions and demands. I got door to door service and quick replies to my text messages and emails. As a woman purchasing a vehicle I have never ever had such an easy and uncomplicated experience. Also, the price was the best part of the lease, the lowest price in town, hands down! I just hope that when my lease is up Robert will still be with New Auto Group, I know that I will follow him wherever he goes. This was the best experience ever.

I came here because it’s near by to where I live. They are a new dealership and I decided to give them a try. Honestly speaking, I couldn’t be happier. A guy named Benni helped me out. He listened to my long rant of what my budget is and the small logistics I am looking for in a car. To say the least, they are extremely patient with their customers. I’ve been to most of the dealerships in Brooklyn and always felt uncomfortable with the way the dealers were impatient when the customer liked to take their time. However, I didn’t come across that type of environment here. Well, we settled for a Nissan Rogue and I will definitely come back in two years.
