By far one of the most: affordable, professional, dedicated, skilled trainer one could ever ask for. Since I’ve started training with Jason I have not only lost weight, but I have also lost inches, and have gained a whole lot of confidence. My sessions with him are never the same. He introduced me to not just a work out plan but also meal plans which has not become a routine but a new lifestyle. I can honestly say that my decision to hire Jason as my PT is one that I will never regret, and I highly recommend him.

Jason is a superb trainer who is highly qualified. He is like non other. His thorough screening, allows one to fully comprehend where they stand in terms of fitness and health. He maintains professionalism and keeps his clients focused on acheiving their weight lost goals. His rigorous and vigorous exercise, energizes you and fills you with vitality. Jason gives constructive criticism on where there needs to be room for improvement. Overall if you choose him, you would not regret it. He is the best!

The experience with working with Jason has been better than I could of hope for. He is highly organized, always professional, he stays in communication with his clients and he gets results. Since working with Jason my core has gotten stronger I have more energy and have lost weight. He constantly encourages you during your work out. Jason Blair is a phenomenal trainer he is very educated in Health and fitness, he’s reliable and very easy to talk to (which makes our hour long sessions go by very quickly) but to top it all off he works around my schedule and is very flexible PLUS he is very affordable. He has been my trainer for 3 years now and I can say I’ve seen a big difference. Looking for a trainer? Well search no longer because Jason Blair is definitely your guy !!!

I can’t say enough on the uniqueness and exceptional quality of Jason’s services. The first session, he answered every possible question I had related to fitness and improving my overall health. When you work with him, you feel his full attention and as if you are the only person in the world he is focused on. Jason is amazingly supportive and reconditions your body right before your eyes. I went from not being able to jump rope for a minute to jumping rope for a min and forty seconds without stopping in the span of three and a half weeks. His workouts are efficient and effective that it is hard not to look forward to training with him every chance you get! He is helpful, informative and he never gives on you and never lets you give up! Jason Blair is definitely the best trainer !!!
