I highly recommended this company. We recently used them to replace our air units and found them to be exceptionally professional and hard working. From the initial call we set up an appointment, the called to confirm. The gentleman who arrived was very informative and nice. The work was done quickly and neatly.

I was in a bad jam today my AC crapped out. Of corse my luck on a 90 degree day. So I started looking for hvac company’s in my area that could help me with this problem and I have to tell you this is the one NYM really went above and beyond very professional knew exactly what he was talking about and what needed to be done he got my unit up and running in no time and didn’t rob me I did call around and the other company’s I guess because it was a hot day gave me outrageous number. NYM was the best price and was the most professional I would have to say 5 star and I would recommend them a million times over for any issues you have that are in there field A++++++++++++

They do a great job. I’ve been using there service for years. Anthony is accomdating and professional. Last Called because the heat in one of my tennent’s apartments was out and they showed up within 15 minutes. Took about an hour to fix and I was good to go. I appreciate the honest approach that they take. It’s hard to find a contractor of any type that you can trust and I am confident that these guys are one of the few. I reccomend them.

My central heating unit started blowing cold air at the end of last january. I called NYM
to check out the problem. It cost me $ 107 just to show up. Anthony told me it was my Flame Sensor, a $ 375 part, i would have it in a 3 – 5 days. 6 days later it was installed-​not a problem– total bill for part and installation $ 408.
this is where they get one star from me.
One week later, same problem happens again– blowing cold air. I call anthony and he tells me he will come look, but he will charge me $ 107 just to come look. He does, and tells what i now know is a lie, that the thermostat on my second story is the main thermostat, and the thermostat on my third floor will not work properly unless my main thermostat is set a certain way. I know now, that i have two independent thermostats, (it is very easy to see without opening the unit) chi ching=$ 107 for new york mechanical.
this happened again, and again. They will not show up without charging you, even if they have to come back because of their own ineptitude.

I found these guys randomly online– needed to have my window AC installed. These guys were great. Prompt, professional, and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommend.
