Really awful experience with this establishment. Came here to use my Groupon, which was not accepted by the French lady serving us, stating that her manager told her«not to accept Groupons today. Today only cash.» The fine print said nothing of this — it was a total scam. I will not be coming back here, nor would I advise anyone to do so considering the food is not great and they clearly don’t respect their clientele or agreement made with Groupon.

Had a Groupon… well worth it! My friend ordered a crêpe with bananas and Nutella, while I ordered the Yogi crêpe(spinach, feta cheese, tomato, mushrooms). They both were delicious. They are generous with their fillings and the crepes are pretty big in size. The restaurant itself is pretty tiny — two small tables and a bench. I almost walked past it because it was so small, but it was very homey inside. The music was a little too loud for my liking(and someone out of place), but overall my experience here was great!

I came here one hungry morning to use my groupon, i had been in the store before for lunch since i work in the area, i built my own crêpe when i came for lunch just a simple chicken and swiss and he had some good suggestions of what else would go with it, and it was defintiely delicious and filling! when i came to use my groupon, i checked online and took an order down with fellow coworkers, when we went down to the place it was still closed, we finally found it open closer to 9:30/10. i ordered a Hula Hoop crêpe which was Delicious! though, they could have put a little more nutella in it. my coworker ordered the Solar crêpe, very simple and she loved every single bite of it, very light and fluffy so good! we tried to order a bubble tea also, they had it on their menu, but they actually don’t have it yet in the store. when the place first opened they had a sign out front and would advertise this delicious tasting salmon crêpe, but by the time i actually went in they werent selling it any more, and they havent since. very sad, i think it would have been delicious as well! definitly going again, every morning i think about that hula hoop crêpe, however i find it hard to wait until the place actually opens!

I had a groupon and I didn’t get the stink eye. that’s a plus now a days. I had the hula hoop crêpe and the(chicken) bahn mi sandwich. Both were delicious. The hula hoop crêpe was filling and the didn’t skimp on the ingredients which is great considering how other crêpe joints are. The Bahn mi sandwich is one of the best I had. The ingredients just worked well together and the little add of spice gave it a kick. My gf loved it too. Too bad we didn’t have cash, I couldn’t tip the woman that works the counter/kitchen. I’m going back for sure and with cash this time. Seating is very limited so be advised. O’crepes wasn’t easy to find because I missed it thinking it was a store. Anyway, it was yummy, so check it out now!

Decided to give this place another try. This time I ordered off the blackboard options to see what ingredients were available. I chose the Yoga Sun crêpe and the man quickly told me they ran out of mushrooms today. He quickly offered a suggestion of substituting for pesto sauce, and I think it made for a tastier crêpe! I’m glad that they now mention what ingredients are missing and offer alternatives. Also the place got rearranged a little so it’s easier to wait for to-go crepes during lunch time. Thanks for improving!

Tiny, tiny little place — easy to miss if you don’t know it’s there!(I don’t know why their website says that their address is 147 Front, when it’s actually two doors down from 147. The address here on Unilocal is correct.) There’s only 3 tables, but that was fine ’cause it wasn’t too busy when I stopped by. The guy working there was pleasant and helpful. I got an iced coffee, which was good, a banh mi, and a sweet crêpe for dessert. The banh mi had good pickled vegetables, but it could have used a bit more chicken and a bit less mayonnaise. The nutella and banana crêpe had all the qualities that such a crêpe ought to have, including tastiness. It’s kind of cool that you can get vietnamese sandwiches and crepes in one place, but I’d say this is more a stop-by-if-in-the-neighborhood place than a destination.

I had the banh mi sandwich, which is new for them. I’m a bit of a banh mi connoisseur, and their sandwich didn’t live up to my expectations. The pickled vegetables were good, as was the inclusion of cilantro, but the sandwich needed more of them. The mayonnaise was way too generous. You can select between ham, chicken and tofu — it seems like a weak selection, especially since pork is the usual default protein in a banh mi. The bread became soggy quickly; meh. The 2 star rating is for the banh-mi sandwich, but I would like to go back and try their crepes.

Very good Bahn Mi! My husband and I were looking at apartments in DUMBO and had to grab a quick bite. The sandwiches were better than we were expecting. Big, juicy, bahn mi. RAR! Very nice service as well. We love the neighborhood, and this place is a real perk. Can’t wait to go back.

We happened to walk by this place and the smell enticed us to go in. The place reminded me of a small café or apartment in paris where you step in and you’re into someone’s small studio kitchen. The exposed pipes and bricks really added to the ambiance and felt so quaint and lovely. I definitely recommend getting a crêpe in buckwheat. The Morning O’crêpe with ham, swiss, spinach, and egg is the way to go for a savory selection! We also added onions to our order and found it to be a great addition. Everything was seasoned lightly and allowed for the natural flavors of the ingredients to come out. The portions are large so we actually split our order. It sucks that this little treasure is completely not in walking distant and bridge ride over from where I live. Othewise, it would definitely be a regular place for me to visit.

I ordered the Green Desk because I work next door at Green Desk and I like to live inside of my box. I am eating it now. It’s fine. The crêpe is a little sweet considering it’s supposed to be savory. I think I will try this place again and get the buckwheat option. Nice guy made my crêpe.

I go here way too often to not write a review. Years ago, when I was just a little tween girl, I went to Paris and had my first real crêpe experience. Nothing will ever quite compare to the crêpe venders in Paris, but until I re-visit, I can still romanticize and reminisce by eating delicious crepes in New York, right? So you know I’m a fan of crepes, but the reason why I think O’Crepes deserves 5 stars are the following: 1. Location: Ever been on a gallery walk, schlepping from building to building on a ferociously cold or feverishly hot day, wanting nothing more than something to satiate your growling tummy. «Oh why did I not come on DUMBO First Thursday’s where free snacks and drinks are provided with my art experience?!» But wait! There’s hope, whether you’re looking for something savory or sweet, some Green Mountain coffee, some Coca-cola in the bottle… you can get it, and fast, while you are on your gallery run! Located conveniently in-between 111 Front Street and 68 Jay(where Mighty Tanaka gallery is located) 2. Price: Ok, I’m a starving artist, hence the delay on the Paris trip. But I do like to treat myself when I’m out and about, and O’Crepes provides the perfect treat, because it’s a good meal for under $ 10! A crêpe and a drink come out to about $ 9. 3. Service: Although it’s a cute little place, I’m rarely in the mood to sit at one of their 4 tables, I have things to do and people/art to see when I’m in DUMBO, so I usually get it to go, and it comes fast! Hence why crepes are a traditional street vending food-it allows for speed and deliciousness. I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes, and that’s with the line out the door. Plus, no matter who is working(usually one of two people) they always greet me with a smile, and seem to mean it, which I appreciate. I

Sometimes when you’re not looking you find some amazing hidden gems. That’s the case with O’Crepes. This past Saturday I was in DUMBO for a eco-friendly trunk show that was held in the suite of boutiques next door. After playing dress up all day, i realized I was famished. Two friends and I were looking for something healthy but delish. We popped in next door to O’crepes and are we so glad we did. First of all, they were about to close, but they were gracious enough to allow us to sit down and enjoy our meal with them. Never once did we feel rushed. The owners were very inviting and so accommodating! We each had the Architectural Digest Crêpe(chicken, mushrooms, ratatouille, onions and Swiss cheese served on a buckwheat, gluten free, vegan crêpe). It was so savory. Definitely worth a trip to DUMBO.

I recently bought a Groupon for this place and used it the following day after my purchase. I took my younger sister on an excursion to DUMBO and we loved this place. We both agreed that the sweet crepes were better than the savory ones, but it was delicious nonetheless. I guess we both have sweet tooths. I would totally come back to this place when the weather gets warmer to buy more crepes and sit by the pier.

Great place! The guy making the crepes is super friendly and the atmosphere is really relaxed. Also, the serve-yourself free tea and coffee is stellar. I’d recommend the savory crepes with Buckwheat. My friend had them and let me have a taste. So good that they made me regret having my delicious strawberry, walnut, and honey crêpe… so that says alot.

O Crepes is a really cozy creperie in Dumbo. Their crepes are really good and they also offer the option of buckwheat crepes. I had the ham and cheese and onion which was nice and warm on a freezing cold day.

I absolutely loved this spot. It is pretty small, but the crepes are delicious, and you have the option of getting an original, whole wheat, or buckwheat one(they even list calories). I picked my own fillers(pesto, tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella) and it was delicious. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly, and when I brought my crêpe to her to ask for pesto because she forgot to put it in, she apologized and gave me extra. The pesto looked homemade and was in this giant squirt bottle, and it was clear that all of their ingredients were very fresh. The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is because they don’t have any drinks except for tea and water, and they did make a mistake with my order. Overall, I was very happy with the food and would definitely recommend checking this place out.

I tried it again. Heard they had a grand reopening and got better… so i gave it another shot. If you want a stretchy slimy buttery gooey burrito slathered with butter pretending to be a crêpe, sure … eat here. Crepes are supposed to be light and crispy on the outside and slightly soft on the inside. The inside contents are supposed to be warm, not cold. Different guy behind the counter, same garbage…

The co-owner was incredibly sweet and accommodating. Lunch special includes a crêpe with unlimited fillings(can’t find that anywhere else), soup and a drink for a little under $ 9. It’s cheap, healthy and delicious.

This little place just opened in Dumbo. I went for lunch, but they seem to be open for breakfast and dinner too. I had the ‘architectural digest’ crêpe(nice nod to the main occupation of the tenants upstairs), and it was quite good. I think the whole concept and menu are quite promising, and it would be a cute place to grab a bite with a friend. I have a few concerns with the way they are currently serving crepes, though, which hopefully the owners will work out as they develop their technique and logistics a bit: 1. Most important, they are too slow for take-out lunch. I was waiting behind one other person, and was thus *keenly* aware of the fact that the crêpe-maker was using the two hot plates at his disposal for just one crêpe: he cooked the first side on one plate, then flipped the crêpe to the other plate(which he had meanwhile buttered). Then he went about filling the second crêpe. Meanwhile the first plate is just sitting empty, and there were two more people working behind him. This seems extravagant. Surely they can figure out how to flip the crêpe on its own plate, so that two of them can work in parallel? Of course, I always eat lunch at my desk, and sometimes literally run down the street to grab a pre-made sandwich, but I would support this crêpe joint if they could serve twice as fast. 2. The crêpe, while good, was a little greasy. I think they are over-buttering/oiling. 3. Their approach to spinach is wrong: they seem to be treating it like an herb(at one point they mixed up whether they were adding basil or spinach, which is telling…). They need to add much more spinach — they should be thinking ‘spanakopita’ or something similar. Perhaps a trip to Front Street pizza two blocks down, to try one of their amazing spinach rolls, would open their eyes. 4. Lastly, it’s a finicky thing to eat as take-out, and kind of wasteful: they had to give me cutlery and this big folding paper take-out container. Maybe there’s a way to wrap these like burritos, to go? Clearly the whole experience would be much more dignified if one ate in. Also, they are offering free organic tea and coffee at the moment. The place is worth checking out, and I hope it streamlines its approach. Prices were fairly high but I think for Dumbo they were fine. I wonder if the sweet crepes are cheaper than the full meal ones — I hope so.
