Parkside Chemists is amazing. They came highly recommended by my doctor and they did not disappoint. Great customer service and they were able to save me hundreds of dollars for my medication because I have high deductible insurance. They also deliver too! Would recommend them to anyone.

Parkside Chemists was recommended by my doctor’s assistant. They saved me over $ 400 on a prescription that Duane Reade swore for a year wasn’t covered. It was delivered in less than 18 hours! FOR $ 35 CO PAY Alex seems to be the main contact. He is fantastic and personable. For another prescription I spoke with Crystal. She also delivered great customer service and was very patient with me.
You can tell that they are confident in and stand by their reputation. The referral was enthusiastic and confident as well.
They are now my new pharmacy!

Hands down the best service I’ve ever received and I’ve never stepped foot inside the pharmacy. My doctor electronically sent the script and the pharmacy sent me the Meds in the mail the same day. I live in Harlem and the pharmacy is in BK but the way they took care of me I feel like I live next door.

Absolutely TOP NOTCH customer service from this place. Alex goes above and beyond to get you the best value for your insurance plus my rx was delivered directly to my apartment. You don’t get this kind of customer service at a CVS. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
