Very nice, clean, and organized.
Has a very good selection.
The employees are helpful as well.
I showed them a picture of a dress that I planned to wear that evening and she picked out the perfect shoe for me.
I usually don’t have a problem finding shoes to match an outfit or for everyday wear. I’m a women’s 10.
I like this payless better than the one in Kings Plaza because there are less people roaming through the aisles blocking your path or the shoe that you want.

Much nicer than the one in nearby Kings Plaza. Nice wide isles and fully stocked. I am a Men 10 and they had a large selection for me to choose from. Check out was quick and easy and of course because being in the Georgetown Shopping Center there is plenty of free parking.

I managed to buy three pairs of flats, so I was left satisfied. It was disappointing that I couldn’t have my points from the purchase added to my points card, because I was a week away from June when they would officially launch it.

This payless location doesn’t have a large selection of shoes for the large footed female, such as myself. If I’m nearby, I’ll stop in and check out what they do have. It’s usually a lot of sneakers and super high heals. Not enough flats for everyday, unfortunately. They did have a LOT of flip flops hanging on the walls.
