Payless ShoeSource

Went here for some blue moccasins but they had none left in the store so I got the gray ones instead.
Staff was ehhh, not so friendly.
However they did take my 20% text coupon!

Awful! Went here with my fiancé’s Mom to order wedding shoes. The woman who ran the place was walking around yelling at customers to pick up their shoes so no one would trip, and before we could even try on a pair she was shouting at us to pick up shoes that weren’t even ours. The guy helping me order shoes had no idea what he was selling and kept misquoting me prices, and in the middle of ringing up my order he left to get a box for another customer. I stood there with my credit card in my hand wondering what was going on and the other lady was shouting at me that I was in the wrong line. Finally got out of there only to discover they hadn’t counted the coupon my fiancé’s Mom had given them for the shoes she bought, the woman had tried to lecture her about not using coupons. I dread going back there to pick up the shoes.
