It’s impossible for me to believe that no one has written here about how great this establishment is. Our teen-​aged son was killed in a subway accident last December, and Ron and Angelica treated us like family throughout the entire process. When we were calling around to find a funeral home (having no prior experience with this process), Ron offered to have us call him back with any questions, even if we did not use their services! When it turned out that their price was also the most reasonable we found by far (and did not include any «hidden fees»), we were happy to use them. They have supported us even to today, when I had to call Ron to ask him to fax a copy of their bill to me in the middle of a filing process at Surrogate’s Court. He did so within five minutes, no questions asked. I myself am in a service business, and I’m sad to say that businesses like Piro are now few and far between. We kept waiting for the «gotcha» and it has never come. I can recommend Piro with no hesitation whatsoever.
