I’ve been coming here for football and there is a great vibe. Fans of lots of different teams congregate(Sunday Ticket wooo!), but the vibe is fun and amicable. Come early to get a table… it fills up quick. The food is hit or miss, which isn’t totally unexpected for bar food. It would be cool if they had some football Sunday specials. The servers have always been nice and efficient and can totally handle the crowds. Totally check Plan B out!

This place is great and the burger is a hidden gem. Steak tips are delicious too if you aren’t eating healthy. Great beer selection and never had bad service. My only complaint: Always ball sports, never any motorsports. Would really like to see some stuff you can only get on cable like Dakar rally etc.

Fairly decent neighborhood bar. I went on a Friday at 6. Not many people in. Great happy hour. Beers $ 4. Well drinks $ 5. There were a couple of food specials. I had buffalo chick nachos. They were ok. I’ve been on the search for a good nacho spot.

This bar is a great place to watch a game on Sunday, eat a delicious burger, and make or lose friends with other fans. They have multiple screens for watching different games which is great because the bar is filled with all types of people and has a great atmosphere. The food is delicious. I had a turkey burger with fantastic shoestring fries and I tried the loaded potato skins/fries which are essentially thick potato wedges smothered in cheddar cheese, bacon bits, scallions, with sides of sour cream and ketchup. Perfect post-hangover, pre-hangover food(God, Sundays are the worst). The bartenders are chatting, sweet, and very attentive. We did free whiskey shots with one of them. They are on their game and really fun to talk to during the commercials. Overall, this bar is a great place to hang on Sunday for a game or just to grab a quick bite. I’ll have to check them out on other days of the week but I highly recommend it.

My team and I come here every few months or so because it is convenient and they have a cute little yard place. I rather like their food and have never understood why colleagues grunt when we go. But we end up here anyway because we are too lazy to travel. So yesterday we wanted here to meet after work and hey, happy hour wings. I convince everyone to go. We get there. Engaged in menu for a bit and order our drinks. Then we ordered our wings. No wings for two hours the pretty waitress told us. She couldn’t tell us this before we sat down? There was a big sign outside on erasable chalkboard that there are happy hour wings! Okay… Fine we will order fries and etc. Waited. Waited. Waited. Food comes. There are two baskets of fries but… Where are my curly fries? I ordered spicy and curly. Where is curly??? I asked the pretty waitress if there was confusion with order because we ordered curly fries. She told me they ran out. So I looked at her and asked was the non curly in front of us free? She responds, no. We ran out so the kitchen replaced them with this. This girl was out of her mind! How can the kitchen change my order or know what my belly wants without asking? And then charge me for it as well. Craziness!

This place is awesome considering how rare it is to find a bar with amazing food! Overall clean bar, fun people, and good vibes! I heard Sunday’s is a really fun night at this place for the sports fans. and non sports fans. Definitely recommend checking it out!

My new favorite neighborhood place… GREATBURGERS and SALADS, warm atmosphere, good friendly service and lots of T. V’s. Nice cozy bar and just around the block. Can’t imagine why I waited couple of years before trying this place… actually I never imagine the food, especially the burgers and fries could be so delish!

They have a great variety of food and the taste is pretty darn good. They definitely have more of a range for bar foods although sometimes the wait can be a little long. Great servers and a great atmosphere in a great neighborhood

This bar was closed two hours before the time that they advertised(on both Unilocal and their own website.) The bartender came to the door and was quite rude to us after seeing that we had tried to open the door.

Awesome staff, wings and drinks. The bartender with the Boston shirt is especially nice and helpful. Thanks for a great time!

Solid sports bar. Nothing too over the top and the food is not amazing, but the TVs are on, the vibe is good and the bartenders are all cool. They have a small but nice outdoor space with a TV. If you can get a seat outside for a game you are in good shape!

My favorite bar in Brooklyn. Staff is great and it has a real friendly atmosphere. The fries are amazing, too!

This place is fabulous. My boyfriend, all our close friends and I really prize the wonderful owner and servers. They are sweet, attentive and fun. The food is tasty and very reasonably priced. This bar sets itself apart by playing sports on a flat screen tv in a beautiful backyard. We cannot wait for the World Cup, because this place will be the best.

*- they have my favorite beer(Brooklyn Pennant Ale); *- coconut shrimp. If I could, I would eat bushels of coconut shrimp; *- patio with a TV; *- friendly staff(bought the whole patio crowd a round when we got«snowed» on by the laundromat next door); *-… I dunno– that’s it! Guess I’m giving them 4.

Seriously, I don’t understand the raves about beer selection. What we saw on tap was Blue moon and various shock top varieties. That to me is a poor selection… Very unimpressed with this place. Came on a Saturday with a group of 6. Service was slow and the waitress(While trying to impress us by remembering all of our orders by hand) forgot several items, and changed others all together. The food took FOREVER to come out… I mean like ludicrously long. We were there for almost two hours between the time it took to get her to take our order, and the time the food actually arrived. Food was subpar. Meduim rare burgers were dry dry dry and crumbly. Cheese ‘stuffed’ burgers were cheeseless. The peanut wings… Don’t do it. Ugh… As for it being a great place to watch sports, I have my doubts. minimal seating, although lots of TVs. I think people in Brooklyn have really low standards of what constitutes a ‘sports bar’.

My friends(who love sports) constantly drag me here to watch a game! I’ve also been here a few random nights since I lived a couple blocks away. It’s a great neighborhood bar, although their food isn’t amazing. I’ve had way better bar food. I recently had their Ceasar and Southwest Salads and the greens were not even close to fresh. The burgers are just ok, the wings are probably the best thing to order. Everything else is frozen and fried. However for a local sports bar they do the trick! The crowd can be random(locals, newbies, young and old) and they have a jukebox which can also be very random… all these things do make for a fun time once you’ve had a few drinks in your system. PS– not many people know they have a backyard, it’s small but great for watching a game on a warm day.

Great sports bar. They have lots of televisions and great food which are pretty much the two most important things a sports bar needs. The owner and bartenders are super friendly and nice. They’ll hook you up if you keep coming back. The out door area is nice during the warmer months and have plenty of televisions there as well. Could get cramped at times but you should be able to find a nice nook. On the downside they don’t really have specials and the beer selection could be bigger. Besides that Plan B could easily be your first plan if you want to catch some games.

This generic little sports cave rates higher in Brooklyn than it would almost anywhere in the world. That’s saying something. That’s telling you how rotten the«nightlife» in Brooklyn has become. By all rights, I should hate this narrow little rabbit warren that smells like nacho cheese and college perfume. I should hate paying $ 5 for Budweiser. Why do I keep coming back? There is nothing else remotely approximating a «normal» bar within miles any more(though I suspect Half Court Sports Bar is going to be legit). Also, I don’t have cable and the AL East race is close. And I seem to get pretty regular buybacks. There are normal people here, including some who actually look like they’d know how to use a socket wrench or a yankee drill. Hard to believe that there’s still something ordinary like this on a street with a mayonnaise shop. I wouldn’t eat the food unless I were catatonically drunk. But you’d probably guess as much.

Plan B might not be an elegantly designed wine bar or an intimate speakeasy, but it serves just fine if you are looking for someplace to watch a sports game on a Thursday night. I went from Bar Sepia to Plan B because I needed a change of scenery. I got there, spoke to the waitress about what was good — she recommended anything with buffalo chicken and she also recommended that I try the new Absolut Wild Tea(after I told her that I liked the Firefly version). I had a shot of the vodka, and then I ordered a «lite» Arnold Palmer. After my friend left, I hung out to watch the hockey game. I met both Detroit and Santa Fe fans, but even after Santa Fe won, they weren’t too rude or «de-classy» with each other, which was nice. They have the Ithaca apricot ale, so I’ll probably be back next time I am in the neighborhood.
