We have used Gregory of Polish Hardwood Floors on several occasions throughout the past three years. As we own and manage buildings in the Brookyln, NY area we are always looking for competent contractors who do the job right the first time, arrive and finish when promised, take the time to do the work professionally and are trustworthy. On the last job Gregory and team had to carefully remove damaged engineered flooring planks –caused by the tenant-​and install with new. When the job was completed including the sanding you did not notice that a repair was performed. And that is another factor. No swirl or gauges when sanding. On the past inexperienced contractors who did not have the expertise damaged flooring by not using the machine properly. Polish Hardwood floors we can highly recommend.

We have worked with Chris for business in many apartments. His guys do decent work but very unreliable. It just became too difficult to know when he would finish a job and his work has gone downhill. We will be using a different company from now on.

We redid the floor in our apartment and it looks amazing. Cris really tried to understand how we wanted the floor to look and we were able to achieve that with his help. You can tell that he and the people he works with take pride in their work and want to achieve the best results. Money well spent!

Wow! I cant express my gratitude enough for an excellent job and even better a fair price!
I was having my floors redone (sanded, poly’d) and had my contractor work on them after he swore he could do them and I almost started crying I mean real tears were falling from my eyes, the job was horrible. My sister felt bad for me and started googling places and came across this place… am I lucky she did. What professionals! I am in love with my now gorgeous wood floors and all was done in the quickest time imaginable. I am so happy and impressed with their work I was already able to refer them to a good friend who happens to be in PR, I hope she spreads the word. There are so few people who take pride in their work these days when you find them its like… WOW! :)
