Their service here is TERRIBLE. I mean I don’t expect much from a radio shack in the hood but dang!
I bought a very expensive speaker. And I decided to purchase the over priced warranty along with it. I guess because most customers don’t use the warranty they just didn’t care to put in the accurate information I have them.
So now my speakers wire is damaged and I need a new one and nobody can find my warranty I purchased. I mean none of my actual phone numbers worked not even my address or first and last name.
I had to call radio shack and sit on the phone with someone for nearly 10 minutes trying everything to find my damn warranty. They had my warranty under no name and a completely made up phone number. Ugh!

Came in here looking for acid. The employee didn’t know what I was talking about nor did he pretend that he might help me…
Sigh. It’s close, I come in here often, but come on Radio Shack.

Went here looking for 2 parts that the online stock checker said they had. Of course they didn’t have it and the employee refused to even try and take a look in the stock room. He told me there was another location nearby who might have it so I walked over a mile there to only be told that they don’t even have parts bins. If you’re looking for something basic radio shack is fine but never trust the online inventory or expect the employees to be super helpful.
