I recently had a eye exam there on monday and the doctor was great not to mention his staff was awesome as well. the ladies in front where very helpful, they explain everything to me and i left with a smile on my face:-) why you say? because i know the glasses i will be soon getting will look great on me and the prescription is exactly what i needed. The medication that the doctor gave me for my eyes are already making my eyes feel better. Thank you Doctor and ladies because of you i feel better and i can go back to work.

Raphael optical has been around for many years, and is very convenient to most residents around the Brooklyn area. It’s customer service is fantastic and inventory of sunglasses and prescripted glasses are filled with amazing choices to pick from. The owners Robert and Jack run a good buisness here, with all its pleasant workers. Would defiantly recommend anyone to drop by.

I’ve been going to Raphael Optical for years, since it’s convenient in my neighborhood and accept my insurance.
I recently came to get new eyeglasses and the service is great! The eye doctor is thorough, very efficient but careful with his work. The staff at the front was up for explaining anything, and had great suggestions for eye care.

Worst service EVER! I’ve tried to come here twice to buy a pair of sunglasses and the lady that works here looks like she doesn’t want to sell anything at all. First time she was too busy talking in the phone with a friend about the church and the great time they had at the park while I was there standing and waiting for her to finish her audio-​novela.
Second time. She just ignored me. I said «HOLA» she looked at me and kept doing was she was doing. I guess i’ll buy my sunglasses somewhere else. Still don’t know how this place is still open with such a bad service. Please hire someone that actually needs this job and wants to move some merchandise there.
