If there was less then one star I would leave it. Worst experience of my life and I’ve stayed in hostels. Rude and unconcerned employees, no parking. Sleep on the street before you stay here

I stay there for Three days, First day in Bathroom floor was dirty. Next day I woke up to find a Roach in my bathroom, I went to the front desk to complaint and the person there all he said it was«OK» nothing else; later I complaint to the next person in the front desk and all he said is that they would call an exterminator and still no apology from anyone. The second day they only make the bed and the comforter was tossed to one corner of the room next to the air conditioning unit and did not clean the bathroom at all!!!(not the floor, nor the toilet I had to do it my self). as far as the parking they only have two spots and they tell you to park in front of other cars, sand if someone needs to take their car out, they go and call you to move your car so the other one can get out. This has been the worst experience in a hotel out of all the states I have visited.

The«free parking» is a few cars in a line in the driveway… we were told it was full and to look on the street. We finally found a spot but did not feel particularly comfortable leaving it there. The room itself was incredibly small and the tv was so high on the wall it was difficult to watch. It was not filthy but things seemed like they were falling apart and the floor was very cold and faux-wood. The temperature was hard to regulate. The hall and the elevator were pretty dingy. If you absolutely need a room in this price range it’s not so bad but I’d spend a little more for comfort.

Tiny room. Comfortable king size bed. Seemed clean and new. There was a nasty smell in the room though when arriving, especially when A/C was turned on. Kept windows open, since weather was fine, but even after 7 days, smell did not go entirely away. Towels were exchanged every day, looked consumed though and some had old stains. Bed, lights and drawer were dusty. Breakfast is poor. If you are lucky you get a cookie or some donut or toast with butter and some poor coffee and orange juice, but that’s it. Metro station was 8 min walk away, Manhattan about 30 min ride. Hotel is located in a poor/working class area, which could you make feel uncomfortable, especially at night, depending on you. We had no troubles though. We had problems with getting to the airport, since with metro it takes ages and there are no yellow cabs in that area and black cabs we were told are very expensive. Would suggest to either ride to Brooklyn downtown, there are yellow cabs or make a good deal with a pre-arranged black cab. If you stay there do not miss the nearby Sunset Park, it has some marvellous views on Manhattan!
