They can do so much better. I mean they have everything, and the location is great with parking lot right by the place, but when you are looking for something in general, for example if you need something to fight allergy (Like i needed), and you do not have a specific product, they were not helpful at all. They just sent me to look for something by myself.
What really bothered me, is the fact that there were few people in the drug store who did nothing, and weren’t helping a customer, but still did not come to assist me find what i need. I think that they must do something about that, and have someone who has knowledgein drugs and medicine assisting people.

This Rite Aid was actually very bright and cheerful. Which is something that I usually do not find. Everything was easy to find and they had a few items that were on sale. I needed a prescription filled and they actually had the item. There is also a parking lot that is a big plus. I waited for 15 minutes and was on my way. Everyone was pleasant asked if I needed help while I browsed and I was quite satisfied.

This is the nearest Rite Aid to me. I have made several trips throughout the years for various reasons (snacks, prescription pick ups, etc.) From my experience the service has been standard. I haven’t come across any rude ones yet. (Hopefully it remains that way!). I’m usually in and out for the most part. I would say I like the newly renovated interior. The store looks bigger and cleaner. Overall nothing but positive vibes so far

Getting a simple flu shot will take you at least 1 hour & a half. It doesn’t matter if you have insurance or pay the exact change cash. There’s always an issue with the computer or whatever. the pain of sitting & waiting in the small waiting area & listening to the cacophony of the staff & costumers arguing & those depressing 80’s songs playing out of the speakers will make you want the influenza virus to infect you on the spot & take you out of this misery. & they didn’t even give me any lollipop after the shot, smh.

Weird lay out of the store, honestly after I picked up my item I didn’t even know how the hell to get to the cash register, so i don’t know what that was about. I found myself spinning around twice before I realized it was in the front but on the side. Whoever did the floor plans needs a slap, I was two seconds from just making them ring me up at the pharmacy.
Rite aid is rite aid, I prefer cvs at all times but I was in a crunch and it was on the way home.

Terrible store. Did not have a courtesy card. When asked the cashier was simply like «NOPE» do yourself a favor and go to the CVS
