Rite Aid

This is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever had to go to. There is NEVER a time I’ve had to fill a prescription or two and they actually have the drug. And, it always seems to be the antibiotics that they don’t have. It’s so annoying to have to go to another drugstore 25 mins away because the pharmacy 5 mins away from me is always out of stock.
The pharmacist (brown skin, heavyset female, wears glasses and has a pink phone case cover) thought it was a good idea to add a chuckle to her statement when she was informing me that she didn’t have the medicine (antibiotic) that k was looking for. *Oh and I know she has a pink case because she was on the phone, and stayed on the phone when I walked up to the window*
The pharmacists here all move on their own time and then when they get to you, they don’t have the medicine. It’s ridiculous.

This pharmacy is large, I removed a star since I haven’t dealt with the actual pharmacy department. I’ve gone to a different rite aid pharmacy and their pharmacy department is the worst on the planet, however that’s neither here nor there.
I was able to quickly navigate around the store pick up the few items I needed and join a line of only two customers. I’ve never been to this store when it’s crowded to know how efficient they handle crowds, so for now I have had a good experience and have no problem returning.
