This place seems like a place my grandpa would get his hair cut back in the day and I mean that in the best way possible. Serious old school vibes from this place, from the wood paneling, to the old photos, to the mustachioed gentlemen running it. I absolutely love it though! This place is very much a barber shop, shave and a haircut… no bullshit. If you’re looking to get your eyebrows threaded, your hair colored, or pay by card you’ve come to the wrong place. The amiable fellow(didn’t catch his name unfortunately) cut my hair with the utmost care. When he was finished, I couldn’t be happier with the result! One of the best hair cuts i had in a long time and with a price of $ 11 you can’t beat that! Make sure you tip!

Just went in a few minutes ago. Only one guy in the place –I’m guessing this was Frank(read about him in the other reviews) — great straightforward guy; said he’d been there for about 41 years. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen quick and easily. I was very impressed with the quality of the haircut. Looks great and he only charged me $ 11.

At $ 16, this is by far the most I’ve ever paid for an edge up, especially when a haircut is priced at $ 11… LOL

I’ve been getting my hair cut on and off here for thirty years. Frank, in the first chair, is a master, and most customers will wait for him. The other chairs aren’t bad, though; I’ve gotten a range of better-than-Frank to just-fine cuts from them, depending on who’s working. The old-school charm of the place goes a long way, and the prices are among the cheapest I’ve ever seen, which along with the quality of the work keeps me coming back.
