Used to live here, tenant #1 in 446. Awesome views of Manhattan. Awesome location. Ferry stops here. Best food in the world just a few blocks away. And living in South Williamsburg kicks living in North Williamsburg’s and Park Slope’s ass any day!
I’ll be back as soon as I ship the kids off to college. :)

Can’t believe that nobody has reviewed this awesome little spot before!
Almost hidden along Kent avenue in Williamsburg there is the entrance to East river Ferry; along with that comes a small, narrowed little park directly on the East river: it looks, and probably is, brand new, with benches, trees, new paths. From here you can have awesome views of all Manhattan: the Financial district, the Lower East Side, Midtown and uptown, not to mention the Williamsburg bridge, the Manhattan bridge and the Brooklyn bridge.
The park is very quiet and you can stay here and relax as long as you want, enjoying the views and the silence.
As many other parks closes at dusk.
