this place runs slow even if you have a appointment but that’s alright. I’ve been going here so I was a little kid so they have all my files which makes the time go by faster. But it took so long it felt as if my eyes were adjusting by themselves so I wouldn’t have to stay another 30 minutes to pick out glasses. But all is well. Entered at 9:30 left somewhere around 11. My insurance doesn’t cover any of the cute glasses but anything will do lol

The wait was a little long to see the doctor, however once I did, I was thoroughly pleased with Dr. Pierre. He is very helpful and super welcoming! The office is also very clean and they offer a lot of different brands for eyeglasses!

Worst customer service ever. No one greets you when you enter is like you never when in. The staff looks bored like they really hate their jobs and to top it all off they work very slow. Now one thing they do is the Dr. Pierre very friendly and funny and he greets you professionally. I order contacts and I been waiting for weeks for them to call me and nothing. When I call them for my status they put on hold for an hour. Don’t recommend this at all.

Love coming here for my annual check up. Can’t say I agree with what the reviews above say. I have been going to Dr. Pierre for years and he is always super friendly as well as the staff I have encountered. I would suggest maybe avoiding the Saturday rush and maybe picking a different day it tends to be super busy with school age kids that day. I am very much into switching up my designer frames so this shop works for me. I always have a good selection reasonably priced.

Worst level of customer service I’ve encountered in a while. No one acknowledges you when you enter. It’s like the entire staff hates their jobs. If that’s the case, by all means, please find someplace else to be! No one in there seems to be efficient at their job. I was told it would take two weeks for my glasses to come in. And indeed TWO weeks it took… I’ve never had to wait two weeks for glasses. And then when I call, they tell me they’re ready on Friday. I go in today and MYLENSESWEREN’T INTHEFRAMES! Who does that? And so I question why they told me on Friday they were ready and today they’re not. The employee immediately gets defensive and says, «I have no reason to lie to you». Ummmm, I hadn’t said you were lying… but if the shoe fits… I’ll never return to this store even though it was recommended to me. And I’d NEVER refer anyone here!

They’re extremely slow. None of the front store workers seem like they want to be there. The fact that pick-ups sign the same sheet as those for eye exams make no sense to me. But you be the judge.
