this staples location is genuinely terrible. they are always understaffed at their copy center and their shipping station. I’ve never been helped in a timely manner. I dread coming here when I need to ship something.

Unsure how a Staples can be worth a single star. Here’s five to rectify it. Let’s be more supportive of a dying breed of brick and mortar save havens for pen, paper, and mahogany duribles. Situated next to the behemoth BQE in a sleepier SE corner of Greenpoint, I’m sure you can execute on any of those small business aspirations with their full scale copy center. Employees, clad in red polo, were helpful, if not a tad sheepish.

Wow, worst staples experience. EVER. And this is superstore? The store is pleasantly empty, but the staff couldn’t be bothered. I spent a half hour by the office furniture and no one approached me. I had to approach one of the many employees that didn’t want to be bothered-an Asian young man who was very UN-enthused and had no problem showing it. The red haired cashier was equally as attitudinal-carelessly knocking my rewards card to the side. When I told her about it, she snapped«excuse me!!!» Rolling eyes and all. Why so snotty? Finally the young dark skinned man by the door snapped at my mother and me for exiting out an entry door(meanwhile the store was absolutely empty) and forced us to walk all the way around the back entrance. Bad experience. I only got a photo album– but I regret purchasing anything here, and although I live across the street I will not be returning. No wonder the store is devoid of customers!
