Stereobuyers and Adam Wexler are fantastic. I am moving to a new house and had some used high-​end stereo equipment that would not be accompanying me. I emailed Adam with the details and he quickly provided a quote which was very fair. I drove to his location in Brooklyn, dropped off the equipment, received payment and was on my way in less than 20 minutes. It was one of the best and easiest transactions I have ever had. I highly recommend Stereobuyers and Adam if you have high-​end equipment to sell. He is professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

Adam Wexler is a true professional. Incomparably knowledgeable, thoughtful, articulate, empathetic, and honest. He arrived at my father-in-law’s house as scheduled. He confidently and comfortably established his bona fides. His appreciation for my father-in-law’s vintage gear (expertly acquired and cared for) was direct and unmeasured. Took less than 5 minutes to work out a deal. Doesn’t get any better than that.

In New York, buying what I would even consider a «high end» home system won’t get you many looks or attention until your system price crosses into the six-​figure range — which strikes me as crazy. Enter the folks from StereoBuyers, who also operate another business, Resolution Audio Video LLC.
Rather than scoff at my order (which still entailed multiple complete new systems, networking, TV installation, and homewide Sonos in addition to the main stereo speaker system I bought for the living room) or try to up-​sell me, Resolution communicated clearly and thoroughly, were helpful and responsive as to my questions, and were extremely pleasant to work with. They were OK with me incorporating some existing gear into my install, and were honest about pricing and related matters.
Unlike virtually every other contractor or similar service I have dealt with, they showed up when they said they would. They were also courteous, clean and efficient with their work. Despite numerous screw-​ups by everyone’s favorite cable provider Time Warner, the system worked perfectly at the outset, with the one cleanup tweak I requested handled without complaint and almost immediately.
I would not hesitate to recommend Resolution again, just as I would not hesitate to recommend StereoBuyers for the buying or selling of your gear. Adam Wexler and his team do an outstanding job and make you feel like your business is valued. Best wishes to them.

I had a sound system by Bang & Olufsen I needed to sell. I didn’t want to deal with eBay or Craigslist and the strangers that come with those transactions. I filled out the online form by Stereobuyers and quickly received a quote. I live in CT so I asked my friend to join me for the ride.
Our drive to Brooklyn was painless, and with Google found their location easily. We were greeted by one of the guys who quickly unloaded the car, tested the speakers and handed me the agreed amount of money. He recommended a place to eat and we were gone in ten minutes. What a great day!
