I’ve been coming to this practice for at least 8 years now. I was a little shocked at my last visit. The nurse practitioner that I usually see was very rushed and didn’t spend any time with me at all. She left the room without even a good bye! I had a few questions and she quickly dismissed them. I had to ask the medical assistant to get the np back in the room so I could ask to have a few blemishes removed. When the np came back in, she very quickly removed the blemishes and the last one, she burned… no anesthesthetic. It hurt so bad that I jerked away from her. I’m currently looking for a new dermatologist.

I have been going to dr Levine for 15 years. I recommend all my family and friends to him. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Levine is great, he takes as much time as you need and answers all of your questions.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Levine for years, as have several friends and family members, and we all like him a lot. However, recently since he has been on leave, the staff have been rude, unhelpful and generally made me lose some confidence in the practice. The nurse practitioner covering the patient load is competent but has little to no people skills – not what you want when you’re suffering from dermatological issues. Hope the office is back up to par soon!

An appointment is easy to get; however, I wasn’t seen by Dr. Levine, I was seen by Dr. Frankel. This was my first time to the office and I felt rushed. Everything was rushed. It’s as if she didn’t want to really listen to what I wanted, so I didn’t bother to get everything out. I was mainly there for a rash, got a prescription and left. I’d only go back because it’s within walking distance from my house. It’s good for a quick rx for some minor issue. That’s it!
