Subway

The customer service here is good. The staff is always nice and courteous. It is clean in this restaurant and they always change their gloves. Subway is nice because it has vegetarian alternatives.

Worst customer service that I ever seen in my life and I definitely won’t recommend anyone to come here. The employees that worked here that Friday evening when I came here were so unprofessional. If you’re looking for an unpleasant unsatisfactory customer service welcome to 1010 Nostrand Avenue. This one chick has an attitude that works there .as soon as I came in there she was not at all resourceful. I asked if they had any more chocolate chip cookies she replied with a attitude as if I was bothering her since she was already eating and snacking on a couple chips and sandwiches on the side while working. probably was hungry but not the right time. You cannot eat and work at the same time very unpleasant. Then the boy also looks Hispanic or Indian, he is the next one. They both are Very rude. I lefted and I called and complained to HR about the whole mess and the manager has not returned my call. Like I really would not recommend this subway to anyone. My experience coming here was horrible and disgusting.

Great location near the subway and major bus routes. I ordered a salad with tuna fish. Very efficient service. Fresh ingredients, what’s not to love? I did feel sorry for the next customer who ordered meatballs but they had already ran out since it was near the end of the day.

Nice view of the street. Fast service because I was there during an off hour.

Pretty average Subway. Lunch/​Dinner service is pretty slow, though often because of slow/​confused customers. Breakfast service really couldn’t be any slower.
Very little seating and the temperature is often not fit for staying to eat.
Most of the employees are friendly enough though.

What Can I say about Subway Sandwiches that hasn’t been said already…
In Short… Subway’s healthy menu is built around deli sandwiches — turkey, chicken, roast beef, etc. Customers can choose (soft rolls, baked daily in-​house) white, wheat or a specialty bun, name the length, choose the toppings and watch as the sandwich moves down the assembly line. Salads and chips by the bag diversify the streamlined menu.
Subway isn’t awful, but its not a place I would normally choose to go. I usually prefer a sub from a local pizza/​sub shop, but I even prefer most sandwich chains over Subway. They tend to skimp on the meat and load up with lettuce. The quality of their ingredients is decent, but not great. All together I find Subway to be a very average place to grab lunch, and its not a place I would choose to go to 2 days in a row…
