Other than this place is convenient, I don’t think I would come back. Since my mom was craving for their sandwiches, I ordered 6 inch Turkey Breast with Black Forest Ham sandwich for her. Other than the fact, that the worker only gave two slices of each that barely covers the bread… she gave me two PIECES of spinach only. uh. really? Literally two tiny pieces. I was speechless. On top of that, ONE slice of tomato and THREE strands of onion. Barely any lettuce. It is a problem if I can literally count everything she puts in the sandwich.

Food is old and definitely not fresh, I spoke to an associate about the rotten bread he claimed it was fresh. Don’t come here.

Filthiest subway I would walk to the one on 75th to avoid this one. They also over charge and try to get away with it as much as possible

Yeah… this place is sucks. I asked for extra olives and one of the female workers made the biggest deal about giving me extra olives. She tells me she can only put«Max 6 olives per sandwich». So i assume shes joking and laugh it off, cool. No this women is dead serious, standing there with her poker-face on. She then proceeds to turn the rule book or something and insists i can only get 6 olives. I’m thinking«is this women stupid or something?» Said forget it and dipped. Not the only time, same women denied my friend some guacamole on the side«has to go in the sandwich». My friend tells her he will pay extra. nope. Basically he forgot to add guacamole to his sub and there was no way of having some after he paid for the sandwich. PRO-TIP: Go to the subway on 75th and 3rd ave. Waaaay better. The worker over there picks out the more red tomatoes and gives me my goddamn extra olives! thats wassup

There’s only 1 good employee there and he’s a bald headed man. The rest of the employees are lost.

I tend to have a bit of a harder time at this particular location for some reason. Service seems to be rushed a little more and the veggies are lacking more here. Out of the 5 – 6 times i’ve been here so far, i’ve only had one good experience and it was at 11am when it was empty. The quality of the food is the same as any other location, but the other intangibles leave alot to be desired. My two pieces of advice are do not go here around the time school is let out(2:30−4:30pm) and do not feel bad to ask them for more veggies or you will have a skimpy sandwich!

DON’T go to this Subway location! I’ve been to many Subways but this place is has the worst service! After I and my husband ordered some sandwiches and chips, I asked the lady(I think she’s a manager) to give us some water because they didn’t have healthy drinks.(they had only soda or diet drinks) but she refused us water and started yelling at us and telling stories, etc. !! She was trying to say how we were the only people who ever complained about not having water. All other Subways we’ve been to always give us a cup for water. And they are nice about it. I don’t understand why this lady refuses to give us water. She said«you can buy a cup or buy a bottle of water.» When the owner was there, he was nice to us and said next time we come, they will have courtesy cups for customers. A few months later, we came back and they still didn’t have courtesy cups. And on top of that, we were treated very rude and she was yelling at us – making a scene. The only reason we gave this branch 2 stars is because the food is actually very fresh and tasty. It’s just very frustrating when we received such horrible service. :(

An okay chain store, get a sandwich and perhaps a drink and that’s a meal at about $ 10. Staff is decent, generally adults who create the sandwiches. The spacing is okay, a bit tight with a line forming — especially with a group of teens for customers. Depending on the group of customers, this place can get loud quick. Even outside the store, there can be a crowd of teens hanging around. Overall, it’s an okay place to grab the«famous» $ 5.45 footlongs(note: included the NY-state tax)
