I used to go to this Subway for a quick bite to eat and I used to have a problem with service. Luckily, this place is under new management now and the service has gotten a lot better! The employees use the proper utensils and are not stingy on giving you toppings. They are also open to striking a conversation and are not trying to rush customers out like the previous management did. The sandwiches aren’t bad and are especially worth it since all footlong sandwiches are $ 6 for the month of February. Unfortunately, my sandwich was put together a bit sloppy which is why I give it 3 stars.

The reason i give this 2 starts is b/​c, I honestly dont understand how cheap can they be on the tuna fish? i ordered a foot long tuna fish sandwich. And guess what, they freaking only put 3 small scoops of tuna fish! I mean serious? come on its only tuna fish how cheap can you guys be. And that wasnt the funny part, the funny part was when i asked them if they can put a scoop more there like «your going to have to pay extra for that» hahah pathetic and sad.

I rarely write reviews, but the SERVICE of this place was so HORRIBLE, I actually had to write about this.
The place is dirty, and the so called «sandwich artists», who all seem to hail from the same country in middle east (Work diversity?) take forever to prepare the food. Unbelievably rude service. I’ve heard many people walk out screaming «your service sucks!!!»
I decided I wanted some ice cream, so I stood in line; when my turn came, I announced I wanted Ice cream, and was told «someone will be with you in a minute… Next Customer, step forward!» I waited 15 more minutes on line, having to let everyone skip me constantly, but the ice cream guy never came. Meanwhile, the place was becoming packed, but the back (with at least 6 tables) was blocked off by «wet floor signs». It was obvious that there was nothing wrong with sitting in the back, its just that the people working there obviously didn’t want to keep the place full (because that would make them keep working at a regular pace), so that’s why the back was blocked off. A couple stepped over the «wet floor» signs and went to the back to eat. One of the guys who worked there went and rudely told them they weren’t allowed to sit there. They ignored him, so he just went back to making sandwiches at their turtle pace. No one ever got my order. NEVER coming here AGAIN.

This place has the most incompetent people working there. If I could give no stars, I would. Do not waste your time trying to get any service from these people.
There was a long line of customers when I got there, and they had enough people to move it along smoothly, but they decided to only have one person put the meat and cheese on the bread, and another to do the condiments, which took longer than necessary because she kept looking around, and didn’t properly take people’s orders to pass it along to the next guy. The guy who was putting in the lettuce, etc. was standing there picking his nose out of boredom – literally! It was disgusting. He didn’t change his gloves after he did that, and when we finally got to the register, the manager was too busy talking to the rest of the staff there that was only standing around to watch the slow 2 make sandwiches, that he didn’t realize people wanted to pay until we called for him several times.
They even pretended to not hear a girl asking to use the bathroom who we heard from the back of the line, and when they did pay her any mind, they nastily told her that she’d have to order and pay for a sandwich first.
The management here seriously needs to be changed. The workers obviously don’t care, and they all speak in their own language to themselves while they ignore the long line of customers. Honestly, they all need to be fired and replaced with a better staff who aren’t rude and inattentive.
