McDonald’s

This is the closest Mcdonalds to my job. Manager Crystal is the best. Some of the employees are not too bright but manager is there to correct them. Employee Vlad is one of the nicest people there. Avoid this place between 2 – 4 because of all the school kids. No problems here, good place 4 STARS!

THEY MESS UP MY ORDER EVERY TIME. TWO TIMES IN A ROW THEY NEVER CAN GET AN ORDER RIGHT. BY ORDER I MEAN LESS THAN FOUR ITEMS REALLY??.
I rarely go to this McDonald’s, it used to be good many many years ago.
Now, you can take a nap in your car waiting for them to get to your turn in line at the drive thru. Literally, no exaggeration solid 30 minutes. Not to mention after waiting thirty minutes you cant get an order correct. If I order mozzarella sticks why did I get chicken nuggets??. If i order fries why are they not in the bag.?? If you go to this McDonald’s just check everything before you move from the drive thru… While I have patience to wait in line they should really get the order right.
Food is your typical McDonalds food, minus the accuracy of your order.
They renovated the inside since Hurricane Sandy but I haven’t been back inside, and mostly utilize the drive thru.
While the typical McDonalds food is greasy and unhealthy as usual, I do enjoy the hot fudge sundaes. My advise is indulge in a hot fudge sundae or oreo mcflurry and get some all day breakfast pancakes past the old 11am cutoff (feels awesome to have no restrictions on pancakes!.)
My next advise is going to a McDonalds that can actually make your order correctly.

Didn’t feel safe at this location at all… I was there for about twenty minutes and while I was there two cars got towed away for no reason… People came out looking for there car it just tells me not to go there again or even park my car in the parking lot

Only reason I frequent this McDonald’s location these days is for the Iced Coffee, since I barely eat their food anymore.
Iced Coffee wise, why do I like it? Because I like the strength and flavor of the coffee and the fact that it’s affordable. I always ask for milk and no sugar since they use cream and I don’t like sugar in my coffee. (Though one time it tasted like they brewed the same beans multiple times, burnt it, and tried to mask the burnt with extra water put in… What ?)
Anyone notice how McDonald’s is all sly and opens locations nearby schools? #sotrueright. Anyways, it can get loud and crazy after school hours but I don’t mind.
Service wise, don’t really care. Can say though that some of the people working are nice, some are ok, some are total bitches. Not surprised though, cus #whatdoyouexpect.
Overall, If you’re craving fast food, sure, visit. Just don’t expect amazing hospitalify. After seeing tow trucks a couple of times waiting on the sidewalk or down the block, along with reading other reviews, keep an eye out if you’re driving here. #wtf

Came here for a mcflurry to satisfy my sweet tooth craving… Ice cream machine is broken. Ordered 2 apple pies instead… Sorry we don’t have any. Great thanks for nothing. Would’ve been better if I asked what they do have.

First time I got Happy Meal in a plain paper bag. When I asked to change the bag to a box, a weird girl asked me why I need another bag since all the same! Really? I paid for it! What’s wrong with this McD?

Pay. The girl told me 172 I said what happen to the dollar coffee. She told me no more. I told her I’ll go to another mc Donald’s forget it. I did go to another mc Donald and got my coffee for a dollar. Also I just seen an add online. For any size mc Donald’s coffee. For a dollar. Are you trying to rip off hard working people.

The McDonald’s manager on neptune ave is hiring and authorizing cyclone towing (bandit towing operation) to stalk and remove cutomers vehicles from its private property if its patrons should walk off the parking lot.
Customers are not allowed to take a short walk after eating? When did it become illegal to take a 10 minute walk after a meal or a cup of coffee? Is this how McDonald’s treats their customers? Is the manager getting a kick back from the lucrative bandit towing company? I think so. Cyclone towing was hired by this McDonald’s to impound your car unless you pay up. My bill for eating and taking a lovely stroll today is $ 136.00. Heres the payoff. It cost $ 136.00 to tow my car to the pound, my car wasnt towed to the pound so I shouldn’t have to pay $ 136.00. By law I should have only played $ 65.00 for a drop fee. Theives. To boot the tow truck driver came to get me, so he could get paid. They stalk you and over charge you. Good day guess he wanted to hook another fish. Mcdonalds manager must have his pockets full of unsuspecting customers. The sign posted is vaguely written. There aren’t enough signs posted either.
In my case the tow truck driver stalked me. He waited till I was out of site to tow my vehicle, then came to get me. Holding my vehicle hostage. Demanding tow fee and not the drop fee I should have been charged. This is entrapment. McDonald’s is hiring Cyclone towing company to do this? Does McDonald’s main office allow this? I would think not. I am going to call and i will report what they have to say to the consumer. How much is McDonald’s manager paying Cyclone towing for holding customers vehicle hostage? How much is his kick back? In legal jargon it is «an unjust enrichment» and should pay back all the money. McDonald’s needs to look further into this matter. Customers that eat here should not be towed, the sign they have is meant for people who leave their vehicle and are not customers. I would be more than happy to bring a law suit against Cyclone towing company and McDonald’s on neptune ave brooklyn for allowing, even encouraging Cyclone towing to continue to illegally entrapment, fraudulant charges authorized by an employee of McDonald’s on private property.
I went back the next day. I saw across the street hiding in a corner Cyclone towing waiting for their next meal ticket (unsuspecting patron). When i told an unsuspecting couple what was happening the manager called police asking me to move off the property. Why? Im having my mcdonalds coffee. It seems your not allowed to drink coffee on this parking lot and speak to anyone about the parking situation. Something needs to be done about this unscrupulous business activity McDonald’s and the bandit towing company Cyclone towing. New legislation this needs to be investigated by DCA. I will be sending this and updates of this unethical practice to Mcdonalds corporate office.

I parked in the lot to dine in, but I had to run across the street because my mom called to have me get something for her. When I came back less than 20 minutes later my car was towed. I went in side they immediately point to the guy who towed my car. the guy charged me $ 272 for the inbound, and told me $ 250 without the receipt. I gave him the money that come with the receipt anyway as a proof of what they did to me! What a way to treat your customer and I’ll never step foot into this McDonald’s again! and prepare for lawsuit!

One of the worst McDonald’s I have been to in a long time. Dirty restaurant and unfriendly workers. There was a soda spill in the seating area that was not cleaned for thirty minutes. Two cashiers that were clueless.

This place has idiots working there in the evening and at night, or maybe just a bad management. Place is great during the day, food is great, and prepared well. At night on the other hand, they always mess up, and it seems to be intentional. My last order was for two grilled chicken ranch snack wraps. They put sweet souce instead and didn’t even wrap it, just stuffed it and closed it. The other time they made me a half full Premium chicken McWrap with barely any chicken, when I complained they added more lettuce and a sweet dressing to make it seem full (though I specifically told them no dressing). When I came home and discovered the damage, I returned and asked for a supervisor, only to be greeted with this nasty attitude lady who told me that’s how they’re done. And when I said I always buy them and they’re full of chicken, she said she can’t help me, just issued refund. I complained to corporate, but all they do is offer free replacement, but the issue does not get fixed in the long run. This place needs to replace some staff and train others.

Clean, and they had a lady bringing out what you ordered to the people seated at the tables. Friendly service and reasonably fast. Simple and close to the Boardwalk for those who don’t want to spend on the overpriced tourist eateries out there, go in a block and find a familiar tourist location here instead.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve had the displeasure of visiting. If they ever got my order correct they should declare a national holiday. I have called McDonalds corporate office several times with complaints about the employees, no problems with the food when they get your order correct.

Cleaner than I expected in this neighborhood!

It is McDonalds. What else to say, aren’t they all pretty much the same?
This particular restaurant is frequented by high-​school students and old folks from surrounding apartment buildings.
