Good location but too many homeless people just hang out inside and outside. Service is 3 stars. Management should be top of things.

I live a few blocks away, when on my way to the train station am always tempted to go in for a bite, but there is always homeless people in and outside the place, harassing you for change, food wise, it’s a McDonald’s, nothing more nothing less, just get ready to deal with hobos all over and the occasional ghetto drunkie screaming and sleeping on the tables, service wise, they truly try their best to portray a positive attitude, being a barista myself I can understand why they may seem grumpy or with a attitude, working in a restaurant that seems to be hobo HQ must really take cheerfulness away

What does fast mean ？the waiter did not give me the M coffee first. I ask her How about the coffee ？another waiter told me, she made the coffee and put somewhere. Are you kidding me ？you should say the order number. Although you are new, but you went to McDonald before, right ？ You dont Know order number meaning ？And then, these Two waiter talked about the coffee In spaish？OK, I could accept this. But, you two did nothing, Just standing there ！！！seriously ？I am In a rush ！！！One of them made the S coffee, What, I ordered M coffee ，OK ？coffee should be add cream and sugar ！But, Nothing ！Just changed the cup ！！if you do not How to be a waiter, please, quit ！！！you can not do Something Good ！！

Coney Island est un endroit atypique, figé dans le temps, appartenant à une autre époque, le Mc Do. y est correct niveau repas (ça reste un Mc Do.) mais les personnes qu’on y trouve sont bien souvent des marginaux, ils né sont pas du tout agressifs mais c’est … déroutant de s’installer, de voir vagabonds discuter autour d’une table, des «mystiques» venir vous parler de paranormal, de voir une dame tourner en rond en parlant seule en plein milieu du restaurant, finissant par s’asseoir et discuter avec une personne qu’elle imagine, des jeunes de quartier y entrer pour juste s’installer sans consommer … Lol c’est spécial !!!

Probably the saddest McDonald’s in NYC.
Keep your kids safe and don’t take them here. During a single Saturday lunchtime visit, I’ve seen a hobo pouring whiskey into a McDonald’s cup and another person talking to himself and calling the USA and himself a «scumbag». There was also a dispute between said hobo and another over possession of a plastic bag.
The management allows these oddballs to loiter and take up all the tables in this small restaurant. One such person bought a small item from the Dollar Menu and keep a 2 liter bottle of Coke to slowly enjoy during her extended stay. Don’t expect to find open tables for yourself or your kids.
The only reason I’ve given this location 2 stars is the interior is clean and contemporary.

This Mcdonalds is sloppy. It’s fast food, but I don’t get my food quick. Every time I walk in I don’t want to order, because the line is a mess and it seems far to long to wait. They take your order and move you to the right hand side to pick up your order. It was hard to pick up my order because it was that much people standing at the counter. Plus this Mcdonald is small, there was no real spot to line up to place your order. (**)
The serve here was bad, the cashier had attitude problems, but I don’t blame them because working at Mcdonalds isn’t the greatest job in the world. (**)
Surprisingly, the place was pretty clean, I guess people do clean after themselves here. (****)
