AMAZINGFOOD! AMAZINGSERVICE! AMAZINGNIGHT! I was very skeptical about coming to this place with my friends and family(booked for about 20ppl) after reading the negative reviews. Turns out it’s under new management and def worth while!!! Everything was fresh and tasty. Ask for Arslan when coming. He will def take care of you.

The place is AMAZING! Very nicely decorated and sculptures I never seen anything like this. If you want to go somewhere out this is the place nice relaxing and very good environment. The food is delicious we ordered soup, shish kebab, fresh salad etc. They also have life music and dancing floor.

Had a good experience with food, some dishes were very good, the staff knew a person I was with well so may be that’s why the food was good. Plov was delicious ! Live Uzbek music and dancing. Nice traditional décor.

My family made an order for delivery and when we got it, actually we were surprised. We ordered shashlik with chicken and lamb, and in the box they put 4 pieces of chicken and our doubled portion of lamb had 6 pieces. Alright, I can understand that lamb is expensive, but what about chicken? 4 pieces for $ 3.95? Also a French fries and rice were small portions, furthermore rice was undercooked. Overpriced, small portions and not fantastic taste for a such a high prices.

Stale bread, soggy old salads, tasteless meats, over salted pilaf, fat on a stick instead of Shish kebab. Very unimpressed and would never come back again.

The food was okay, but the service was horrendous! The place was empty when we walked in with a party of 7 people. We were given three menu’s and our waiter vanished. We tried to get their attention but he ignored us until showing up 15 minutes later to get our order. He looked bored, and equally disturbed when we asked for our drinks. Our food came out in some irrational order. Some peoLe had food others didnt. Some food items came out at the end of meal, and when we asked to have it wrapped up as we were met with another long waiting time. There were what seemed to be the owners(they kept wandering into the kitchen) who also ignored us when we tried to waive down service. It’s nice inside, the décor is very vostochni, but that’s all I can say nice. Never returning.

Very poorly ran restaurant. Extremely inexperienced and rude waiting staff. There’s many things that I could say… but will contain. Here it’s simply said: If you want to get drunk with a few friends and don’t care… this place is ok. If you want to have a party or a nice evening with you family… Stay Away!!!

Absolute nightmare! There is absolutely no service here, and when you say something about it, they reply with a snarky attitude. The coat check person and photographer are both pushy and rude. The food is ridiculously overpriced, $ 55 for a plate of desserts! The management would rather argue with you instead of trying to remedy any issues you’re having. I came here to celebrate a birthday and have a good time and instead left angry. Never coming back!

I never had Uzbek food before, so I didn’t know what to expect. It’s Middle Eastern with regional specialties. I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was inexpensive, plentiful, and tasty. The salads are enormous and varied — they served 3 of us easily(but we had made the mistake of ordering 3! –but no problem finishing them.) I had a delicious regional soup called something like Merkava, and perfectly orepared lamb shashlik. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon and no one rushed us. I would come back and eat here any time I’m in the neighborhood. Oh, and the décor was pleasant and atmospheric(though nothing fany) and the wait staff was friendly and helpful. If you come on a Sunday afternoon, as we did, the sunlight streaming through the big front window was occasionally distracting, and the front reception area is a little cluttered. Sit farther back if you can. The place is set up for parties.

I went here for a friend’s birthday party, the table was overcrowded with salads and cold cuts plates — all the appetizers looked good and nothing was outstanding. That being said, the lamb kebab was OUTSTANDING, mouth watering meat and you really can’t get any better, I would come back just for that kebab.

Just came back from a barmitzva party at Sultan Palace and I just had to leave the review. If you want to eat the real authentic Uzbek food, this is the place. I’ve been in most of Uzbek places in NY, but this place was the best by far. Highlights: lamb ribs kebab, great salads(can’t tell you the names or even what they looked like, it was pretty dark, but I know they were very tasty), narin just like from Stariy Gorod Tashkent and the singing owner at the end of the night, it was fun!!! I really don’t understand some of the negative reviews, I had a good service and absolutely great food. Maybe they improved?

TERRIBLE! I called for take out and was told«No, we won’t go that far [to my address] tonight. We have a big party happening» Uh what?!? If this place turns down business because of another party, that’s ridiculous. Especially when their menu states«We Deliver!» If the people at Sultan Palace are reading this… bad move!

It is the worst uzbek restaurant in brooklyn, I advice do not do any parties in this place, it it to crowded, dishes are not uzbek, one important thing the manager uzbek guy Jamshed is gambler he says one but does differently. We had a party there so much people, no dance pole, service are so poor waited one hour for it, the one reason is there are no place but they try to put everybody bin one small hall. Overall so poor, dont waste your time and money!!!

We know the man who has opened this place — he has great experience, is thorougly authentic in his cooking, and has paid great attention to every detail inside and out. We were there tonight to sample the food for a little family gathering in November, we happen to be from the same town as the gentleman who owns the place. There wasn’t a chance to photograph what we ate, it disappeared so quickly. Demand«Besh Pandjar»(it’s not on the menu, but if you like meat…)

Eat like a sultan on Coney Island Ave. This new Usbeki restaurant is decorated in traditional Uzbeki style with marble floors and sculptures. Over the top, but in a good way. The tables are big and spread out and you need a big table for the orgy of food. The prices are low so it is a good place to eat with a group or at least one other person. My friend Elaine and I ate and ate with food to go… Ate: The bread Lamb Samosa Uzbeki chicken soup Plaf Rib, chicken and veggie kebabs Radish and cuke salad with yogurt and dill Total: $ 40 with 15% tip included in the check The bread– clay oven– crisped bottom seeded top, amazing! The lamb samosa, soup were all super tasty, but the rib kebab was so well seasoned, soft and ORGASMIC, The plaf with carrots and raisins had that sweet savory deliciousness, and a crispy bottom Puerto Ricans call«Pegao.» Phenomenal eating experience!
