This place seems like a death trap. After moving in, my grandmother fell twice and broke several bones.
The first time I tried calling her, the staff who answered the phone laughed and transferred me to lines that never picked up. English is also their 3rd language, so don’t expect inteligible speech.
On a recent visit, the food was vile (think low quality cold cuts on white bread with tons of mayo, or boiled chicken) and I suspect riker’s island has better coffee.
