Sushi Meshuga

This is my to go place in the neighborhood. They have great service, guys at the register are always nice and polite, orders come quickly and the quality is good definitely recommend

I am a big fan of raw fish and this place by far has the best type, as well as everything else.

Never fails. I’m always happy with my orders here. My favorite is the cucumber wrap roll (I don’t recall the name on the menu) of course the best part here is the curbside pick up. The boys at the counter and efficient and a pleasure

I’m a big fan.
When I do takeout, I need online ordering, and kosher restaurants just don’t seem to see the importance of that.
I used to be all about Sushi Tokyo, but sadly, I don’t enjoy it as much as I used to.
Sushi Meshuga has a great website for ordering, and quick delivery. The sushi is very fresh, delicious, and is a great price. I’ve never dealt with them over the phone, but why would I when you can order online.
They have a great deal for 10 rolls, which is like $ 30 bucks.
Last 2 times I’ve ordered, I got the 10 roll special, and gave special instructions for how to pack it. They packed it according to my directions, and it was delivered within 45 minutes.
Way to go you crazy, meshugas!

Great place. Ordered from here dozens of times over many years.
Has been a staple in this neighborhood as far as your raw fish needs go for many years.
I think it’s their service and prices. Prices have been the same for years. Keep it that way!
Service is always quick, except that one time the delivery guy crashed or something.
They have a great selection, awesome specials, I.e. sushi boat, $ 35 for 10 rolls. How can you go wrong.

GROSSSSSSSSSSSS do not eat here!!! I found a roach in my California roll =/​I literally wanted to die! not to mention the service was terrible & they couldn’t give 2 shits about it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Cheap bucharish owner the guy will not put in an extra soy sauce, literally counts the packets.

The service here is always pleasantly good. I usually order over the phone to save time when I’m rushing.
Ordered the Mexican roll here at least five times and wasn’t disappointed. At SM, this roll is essentially a tempura, or fried roll. Try Meshuga’s avocado tuna/​salmon. Very fresh ingredients.
Parking situation is okay at best. You’ll probably have to park on Avenue O, unless you’re lucky or good or both. I like to think of myself as neither, so when I do get a spot, I feel better about myself.

This is the fourth time I order from them and they don’t send sauces or sticks. So upsetting because it takes so long to deliver the sushi then I don’t get sauces and have to wait another 15 min for the sauce. They have good sushi. But not on top of things.

The sushi is okay there. It’s always different. You can go there one day and the sushi chef can make it amazingly accurate and delicious and there can be days when he will make it just to make it and not do it the way it’s supposed to be. In general the have a good variety of sushi. I enjoy getting sushi from there but sometimes they make it not the way it’s supposed to be.

Good fresh sushi, I make a custom roll they really do a great job. Delivery to me is super fast which is great.

Delicious and fresh sushi, also enjoyed the kani salad and their spicy mayo. Thumbs up.

This is always my favorite sushi place its my comfort place… where I know what I’m getting and I love everything include the spicy mayo!

The Good: sushi is great fresh and overall mouthwatering since I luvv sushi
The not so great: is a bit of a ripoff compared to some places but wat else to u expect from sushi
Also: no seating u havto eat it out
Staff: great and efficient but wen they get busy is cud be a bit long

Waited an hour and 10 mins for my delivery… the guy finally calls me and tells me he is in Boro Park and will take at least another half hour for delivery… I called the store up to see what they can do and they said they cant do anything if I want to cancel I can cancel.
What a joke.

BEST SUSHI IN BROOKLYN.
I love their sushi, my family has been going since they opened. The owners are very nice and the staff is amazing. My husband has allergies and they know that he cant have any vegetables touching his roll. Their fries are awesome and the place looks amazing after the renovations. Also we love their lunch and dinner specials

Good sushi, friendly staff, and nice prices. One of my favorite sushi places around! If you want a delivery make sure to order at least 30 – 45 minutes before you need it especially on weekends.

THE GOOD:
During weekdays, they are prompt and super attentive; you gotta love a place that doesn’t mind giving you extra sweet sauce and soy sauces — classy! The order comes within 15 – 20 minutes! The menu has a TON of choices and as far as kosher prices goes, it’s fairly reasonably priced sushi. They’ve got the cadillac of kashrut certification (Kehila Kashrus I believe) so you can rest assured there’s no mystery ingredients in your food.
THE BAD:
Well, not a «terrible bad» but an «eh» kinda bad. At times, the fish doesn’t taste that fresh to me. That’s it.
THE UGLY:
This place is an animal house after shabbat. Good luck ordering over the phone when you can hear what appears to sound like wild boars in the background as the guy is trying to take your order, and the person at the counter with little social skills is blurting out their order while the guy at the register is taking your credit card info. This in turn makes the two guys at the register go nuts and less attentive than during the weekday, and causes a delay in your delivery.
OVERALL: Fairly decent place as far as kosher restaurant services goes, large selection of sushi and good delivery timing, minus the motzei shabbat scenario.

No matter what I always get fresh sushi, good service, and plenty of spicy mayo and sweet sauce! I had a habit of getting off at kings highway, a stop early, picking up sushi and walking home. They get so busy but i rarely –if ever — have to wait for my food. Now that I live in Manhattan I don’t eat sushi, because I just can’t justify paying city prices for sushi that doesn’t even compare to Sushi Meshuga! Sad story. The guys that work there are also super nice.

Nice spot, good service, better priced than most Kosher sushi spots. Friendly ownership, and eager to please. Been going there for maybe 6 – 7 years or so. The website offers a really good online menu, big plus.

The sushi here was really good. This is a takeout only place and hence the 4 stars. You can customze your own sushi roll or pick from their large selection.
You can either take-​out or have them deliver. Service was great, sushi was very fresh.

I ordered delivery from this location a few times, the sushi is okay (nothing very special), but the people on the phone are friendly enough and the delivery people are prompt. Prices are average for Brooklyn Sushi places, and they’ve never messed up my order.
