I have ordered from this place plenty of times. There is this one lady who works the phones who is completely terrible. She puts you on hold while still on the phone without telling you and starts speaking in her native dialect while she’s still on the phone. This lady should be fired. TONIGHT of all nights my roommate and I decides to order delivery. We tipped the delivery guy. He arrived after 1h. They forgot the soda. They said the guy would return but he never did. My household and I are officially finding another go-to sushi delivery place. What is going on Sushi Tatsu III? When the guy or the more energetic lady handles the phones, it’s a lot better.

The delivery was very quick. We ordered shrimp tempura roll, California roll and 2 Tuna roll. The rolls tasted great. They could add more soy sauce, so be sure to ask before you order because our order already left 10mins and there was nothing they could do.

Racist establishment. Wouldn’t serve my boyfriend. He walked in, stood there for 10 minutes, was ignored by the staff, sat himself, nobody came over. He finally asked to see a menu. The host pointed to a to-go menu, while all the tables around him had regular menus. He said he wanted to stay. Was once again ignored, at which point he took the hint and left the restaurant. Totally disgusting and completely outrageous. Oh yeah, and they once gave my sister horrible food poisoning. This place can blow me.

It’s really nice have this restaurant in this area! Great food, good price and nice staff.

The food is good but the lack of respect from the service is horrible. After ordering some takeout, I asked one of the sushi makers for a straw and chopsticks and he completely ignored me. I had to wait until a waitress was done having a conversation with another employee to get her attention for a simple request. I feel the staff should have more respect for a customer.

I have to say this place was pretty awful. I have ordered delivery here once, through Seamless. I ordered the Pork Katsu combination. And my boyfriend had the Yaki Udon. First, the delivery arrived 25 minutes later than originally estimated on Seamless’ site before ordering, which was 15 minutes later than the time estimate sent via email after. The food was COLD, not even lukewarm. The Katsu tasted like it had been finished then sat out for an hour prior to delivery. Texture told me it was a precooked frozen meal that was microwaved with some sauce thrown under(not much at that). It was… too chewy. The Udon was described as «fried» but was soggy, like it was a day old. Both meals were flavorless. The salad didn’t get eaten, and I wanted even start on the sushi that came with the combination meal…

Ordered from here for the first time today. The delivery was pretty quick so that was good, I got a sushi roll and a udon soup. The soup was way too salty and just grossed me out, I wasn’t even able to finish it. The sushi tasted ok, not special at all. I’ve had way better sushi rolls. My co worker got a salmon teriyaki bento box and the salmon was too dry. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

The food was disgusting. I just spent $ 25 on the worst ramen I’ve ever eaten. It tasted like dishwater

I came here in a rush and felt that the customer service was subpar. I had to wait for the server to get up from her seat and ask for my order, go to the counter to pick up my food, then ask for utensils — it was a lot, especially for just ok sushi.

I’ve never had anything but a positive-to-neutral experience with this place. The food is always tasty, not amazing, but considering the breadth of the menu(1 billion types of sushi, plus Thai dishes) they must have some kind of crazy efficient assembly line going on. It’s convenient for take out/delivery if you live nearby(they always seem very busy with delivery orders, which I think is a good sign) or a quick stop in after a busy day. The menu is reasonably priced. It’s also pretty much the only restaurant of its kind in the area. I’ve only ever had vegetarian sushi and Thai curries, but people I’ve gone with have only ever said good things about the fish sushi and chicken as well, and I’ve never been disappointed by their customer service. Great for Thai curry/sushi cravings in a pinch. Solid

Horrible food. Sushi was fishy, order was wrong. Udon noodles were pasty and broth was funky w raw red onions. Terrible meal. Don’t order from here.

Order food from here a lot! Chicken maki appetizer and banana tempura… Are my jam with a fancy roll. Eating in isn’t much. Although bathroom for customers only it’s multi gendered with a lock on the door. I’ll be back. And order in too

The place is empty and old looking. And upgrade is due. I enjoyed my rolls and that’s about it. The fried rice tasted like stale fried rice. I didn’t taste much chicken or shrimp. I did however enjoy the spicy ingredients they used on the rice. I wish the rice was a little more fresh and I could see the chicken and shrimp. They are stingy with the meat and I paid 16 bucks for that meal. I’m not cheap so I like my food to be worth it! If you don’t look around you won’t see the Japanese menu and she won’t mention it either. She will show you sushi. Last time eating here. Thanks for your service.

I got addicted to their curry. Very good and they made it mild every time I ordered. I love that place. Also tried some other food and liked it. No bad experience.

Food was all right. Nothing special. Red Curry Chicken was mostly overcooked veggies and not much chicken, but the curry sauce was tasty. Pineapple Fried Rice with Shrimp was bland as could be. Small shrimp and very few of them. Not much pineapple in there either. Not a dish I would recommend.

One of my regular seamless orders when I want to satisfy my sushi cravings. I recently tried their chirashi, which is a compilation of sushi rice, 5 different raw fish(salmon, tuna, etc), and other goodies. It’s pretty decent and fresh, but a little on the pricey side. Their sushi rolls are not bad. I’ve ordered random rolls and have been pleased every single time. They have really good lunch specials where you can get several rolls for a good deal! As for their thai food, I would recommend to avoid at all costs. I tried their pad see ew the other day, and it’s probably the worst I’ve ever had. The noodles were stuck together, dry, and flavorless. It was pretty much unpalatable. Their pineapple fried rice was also a major disappointment… sad and bland. Delivery is fast, friendly, and consistent. Usually get my food within half an hour.

This is usually my go-to sushi delivery place. It’s nothing amazing, but it is fresh and delivery is fast. I’ve never been inside but it looks clean and last time I passed by it had an A health grade. I stick to the basics here — miso soup, standard rolls(I like Maki and hand rolls) and sashimi, sometimes Gyoza or Shumai. The sashimi has always been surprisingly good, especially the salmon. Does the trick when you just need sushi delivered to your face. I don’t veer from Japanese food here though I see they now serve Thai dishes as well.
