Taco Bell

Rude staff, took forever with making the food, and after all the waiting, they got the order wrong. Onto the dining area: garbage everywhere, just dirty in general. I come out here to eat with just my family, not with a cockroach watching us from the corner. Ice machine was broken, so I was forced to drink my room temperature soda. Bathroom was out of service. The only thing they have going for them is working air conditioning. Not family friendly, so don’t even think about stopping here with your children.

While it did not take me long to get my order there were several customers ahead of me that had been waiting a long time. There was as many employees as customers so I don’t know what the delay was. My food was clearly had been prepared ahead of time and sitting in a warming drawer. I had 3 crunchy taco’s and each were very soggy (from sitting in the warming drawer.

The employees look like they smoke weed all week long my food felt like it was leftovers. Do yourself a favor and never come here. Place is dirty, bathroom– dirty, employees– dirty,
food-​dirty, walls-​dirty, they take forever to make your food. If zero stars was possible to give that’s what they would get from me. I hardly held myself back from punching the employee on his face. Literally THE WORST PLACE that I have ever walked into. And the nachos are made of cardboard. they run out of soda and the ice smells like dumpster temperature in this place is horrible TV is playing some episode of bodies decomposing in acid. You can smell the dirty bathroom smell from 2 blocks away I can not stress enough how disgusting this place is especially the employees when I saw what they do behind the counter I tried to cancel my order but since they don’t let you cancel your order I was forced to pay for it and throw it away the garbage is pouring out of the trash can and the tables are always dirty

First off they don’t sell taco bell breakfast which okay no problem not every taco bell serves breakfast. It wasn’t busy at all and I placed my order at exactly 10:31 a.m. and did not get my order until 10:45…are you kidding me… are most 15 minutes waiting for my order and I was the only 1 there… AND they messed up our order and yet the girl behind the counter hands me a single cookie and says «I don’t care what they say take this on the house for waiting» A single chocolate chip cookie? Are you insulting me? I waited 15 minutes to mess up my order and that’s the best you can do? NEVER EVER going back to this food establishment… and yet they want a $ 15.00 per hour pay but yet they can’t get a simple order done WHEN I was the only one?

I used to live on Taco Bell not that many years ago. So last week, when I needed food quickly, and I drove by Taco Bell, I decided to check it. First I would like to say that what we used to love when we were younger may change as we grow old, and to eat buckets of ice cream is something that I used to do, but can’t even imagine doing today.
I ordered 3 beef tacos, 2 in soft shell and one in hard shell. I have a huge tip for this place: Hide the people who make the food. This is not a gourmet place, and the kitchen is definitely not one you want to watch. So while preparing the food I already felt that I don’t like what I see. I get that it is a fast food place, but still, don’t put it right in our face.
The tacos were OK, maybe even good for a chain restaurant. I don’t think I will come again any time soon, but it was nice to remember.

This location is understaffed. The workers are trying hard, and I sympathize with their situation, but the wait for food is long, the dining area is somewhat untidy, and the restroom isn’t well maintained. The portion sizes are smaller than at other locations. I ordered salsa but received pico de gallo. They simply made the substitution without asking or informing me, because (I found out later) they had run out of salsa. I’m assuming the poor customer service was due to rushing to crank out orders. This is the only Taco Bell for miles around, so if you really must have it, this is what you have to deal with. On the plus side, it’s open until 1:00 a.m. so it’s great for late night munchies. The workers were pleasant, the food came out quickly, and it was all well prepared. There was some guy eating ice cubes out of the soda machine and a lady sitting with just a cup started talking to me about something crazy which reminded me I was in the typical New York fast food restaurant.

I usually bike to this Taco Bell/​KFC after the gym (don’t judge me). It’s cool for what it is. I LIVED off of Taco Bell during college so I know my way around its long and ever growing menu. If you got 5 buck to your name and want a full belly, go to TB! This location overall is busy but you can be in and out in 5 – 8 minutes, (I timed it). Once again don’t judge me! HAhaha

I LOVE Taco Bell but when they shut down my usual Taco Bell on Flatbush Ave, I journeyed to this one. Waited in line for a bit and when I got to the register, I was informed that they didn’t have the «Mexican Pizza». How can Taco Bell run out of Mexican Pizzas?! That didn’t ruin my night. I then ordered a Taco 12-​pack (the box…). Service took a while although there weren’t many customers and the staff isn’t very polite but I didn’t care — I was so excited to get my tacos. Once I arrived home and opened up the box, I was baffled as to why my tacos were lying flat in the box since every time I’ve purchased the box, they are placed upright so the toppings don’t fall out. Well, after eating a few, I realized they ripped me off and gave me 10 tacos instead of 12. I had no idea a 10-​pack box existed (which it doesn’t). One of the workers probably just wanted 2 free tacos. I feel used. This won’t make me stop loving Taco Bell but it’ll make me think (or check) twice if I ever go to this location again.
