This review is about their UPS Access Point services. These guys close their UPS pickup business at 7pm, but their accessory business stays open until 8pm. This is their choice, not UPS’s. I’ve confirmed this with UPS. Their customer service could use some brushing up for sure.
For your reference, UPS pickup is from a questionable 10am — 7pm. I say questionable, because they were closed at 10am (store hours run 9am — 8pm) a different time I needed to pickup a package.
As for phone repairs and accessories, TC Wireless may be the best and cheapest in the business. I don’t know or care. In any case, if you can, ask UPS to deliver your package someplace else.

UPS Pickup hours are different than their store hours. It used to not be a problem to pickup any time they were open, but I recently got the run around from their employee when he wouldn’t let me pickup a package even though they were open.
He told me UPS made them change, but when I talked to UPS they said the store is the one who isn’t allowing it to happen during their open hours.
Friendly guys, crummy customer service.
