The grandma pie is our favorite pizza in the neighborhood, the service is wonderful and delivery is super fast – So, yeah, we order from here about once a week… Some times, twice.

There is a lack of good pizza in my neighborhood but this place makes it better. I love the crispy chicken fingers, the tossed salad is always made with fresh crisp veggies, and just a regular pizza is always tasty. Fast and delivery at good prices. I look forward to trying a lot of items on the menu.

Ordered the chicken parm a couple weeks ago, and it just was mehhh. The sauce was watery and the chicken lacked any flavor. Pasta was also overcooked. Prices were good that was probably the only positive of the meal.

My gf went in to use the restroom and she ended up being harassed and told she needed to spend at least 5 $ to use it. It’s disgusting you have people who are like this!

possibly the rudest staff in all of brooklyn. The pizza is nothing special, not terrible, by far not great. But after grabbing a slice from them, i left behind an important document. I called first thing the next day and was met with such nastiness. «shes saying we took her folder» when I asked if she could please ask someone else too. There was a man at the counter when I was in, so completely reasonable to believe maybe someone else knew? this was met with more attitudes and her telling a co-worker a crying woman is on the phone. it was like dealing with the mob over something that fell off a truck.

Just ordered tonight after getting a flyer under my door.(You know. Those things people used pre-interweb.) The lady who took my order was nice and when the pizza arrived 45 minutes later– the delivery man was very, very nice. Pizza was big and fresh. The sauce and cheese was very flavorful. I felt the crust could have had more flavor– but over all the price and pizza size were an even match. I look forward to trying something else from the menu.

Bought a pie from them once trying to save a few bucks because its cheaper. Pizza was just ok but i wouldnt say horrible. Ppl were nice, but it obviously looks russian owned and there doesnt seem to be much traffic. In other words, a front for something else.

For a decient slice if pizza at a throw back price, I thought Tonys was a real find. Basically five bucks buys you two regular slices and a can of soda. That’s circa late 1980’s pricing, but restricted to walkin’s only. The ten dollar pies during the week must have their evening shift pizza makers busy as bees. A nice thin crust gets great marks, the sauce needed more flavor, it seemed a bit watered down. Service was responsive and the floors and tables clean. A simple straght forward nice pizza find, well worth checking out.

Worst pizza, service, delivery person. They sent the wrong order to the house, after contacting them directly they said they will have some one pick it up. The a delivery person henchman of extremely intimidating demeanor came to the door and requested the whole order back meanwhile we only requested the pizza returned. He then proceeded to threaten me, call the pizza place, shoved the pizza at me and stormed off. The pizza was incorrect the crust was thin and dry, toppings cheap. The Calzone was made like a stuffed bread roll with cheese, the mozzarella sticks were dry and hard and the marinara sauce had no flavor. Worst pizza I’ve had in Brooklyn in my 16 years here.

No stars!!! DONOT purchase anything from Tonys Pizza. They are liars, schemers and thieves. I purchased the $ 20 for $ 40 voucher on Unilocal, and called to place a delivery order. The woman who took my order verified the voucher and took my redemption code. The food never came. I called back and they played dumb like they didn’t know about my order. Then they said that they will deliver my food but only I I pay for it in full and that they don’t know what this Unilocal voucher is. Are you kidding me ??? Finally I cancelled the order(that apparently they hadn’t made anyway) and checked Unilocal. They all Of a sudden removed the Unilocal voucher AND had the nerve to mark my voucher as REDEEMED when they didn’t give me any food or my money back!!! I spent $ 20 and they robbed me. I am furious. I was looking forwArd to supporting a new business in the neighborhood. Go to Randazzos.

Got their $ 10 pie. Piping hot when I got home. There’s something about it… it’s not too heavy, not too light. Great sauce and good quality cheese. Just the right thing when you’re hungry as can be and a little low on cash. I really want to help these guys out… they’ve worked so hard to bring the neighborhood a nice place. When we had a warm patch this week, I noticed people sitting outside with an espresso… where else can you do that in Kensington on Cortelyou? Exactly.

Happy to report a new pizzeria and restaurant on Cortelyou Road in Kensington. The old Miami bar has been transformed with the addition of a kitchen that was the taco shop next door into a welcoming full menu family style eatery. Perfect for picking up dinner on the way home. Today I got 3 slices to go, one plain slice for me & two pepperoni for my spouse. So far, so good, thin crust, a little salty. I hope to add more satisfaction stars as I try more menu items like salads, heroes and dinners. There are also cheesesteaks and seafood on the menu. Reasonable prices should keep this place going. A large 18″ pie is $ 13, a grandma 12 squares pie is $ 15. They also serve cappuccino and there is a nice seating area and out door space where sipping coffee would be welcome. The closest subway is the Ditmas Ave F train, north end of the station to exit at Cortelyou Rd. The bar will open soon.
