Total Building Management

I am the Director of Operations at a charter school in Manhattan. TBM provides all building related services. No job is too big or small and they don’t try to nickel and dime me. I appreciate that they are always here when expected and do little things around the building that I don’t even catch on my daily walk through. The crew is here everyday (sometimes 7 days a week) and they keep the building pristine. They handle daily (sometimes hourly for special events) trash removal, plumbing issues, heating/​cooling issues, furniture removals, etc. They have remodeled the bathrooms in record time and on budget. I even needed some assistance with apartment clean outs and turnover and they took care of all those needs at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for all building needs and any type of business/​organization.

I’m president of a small condo and Brenton and TBM are my go to handyman. They have tackled many issues for me and do so in a timely fashion and with the attention to detail that I demand, and I’m very detail oriented. Projects have included decking work, plumbing, dryer vent cleaning and general maintenance. They have a desire to do the job right and follow up to make sure it has been. Prices are reasonable and their attitude is stellar.
