Went with my wife really just for a quick drink before ending our night. I heard about the spot and it was near our home so we went to check it out. I just wish there was better lighting on the streets in the area for parking. Bunch of auto shops with big garages you can’t block. Anyway when we went inside it wasn’t crowded at all, the ambience was a nicely designe lounge setting. We sat at the bar and decided to order some sides (Mac n cheese, spinach, and potatoes) with our drinks. Food took a little long to come out but it was actually well worth it (I’m actually snacking on some leftovers right now while I’m writing this). Overall food was on point, drinks were delicious, and the service was excellent. Thank you Lea for your service and recommending the right sides. We will be regulars for as long as they keep up the good service.

Went here last night for some drinks and appetizers. From the outside it looks really nice and modern, but it also appeared empty. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and there was a good amount of people. It’s also really spacious and well decorated with nice art work. My sister and I were waiting for my 2 cousins so we were seated near the bar area on a comfortable bench. When we were seated our waiter came over right away, introduced himself and got us water (which was lemon flavored and ice cold) He was extremely polite and helpful. We had a couple of questions about what the drinks consisted of because it’s a lengthy list with no descriptions (that’s my only little complaint). His knowledge of the drinks was great. I can’t remember the names of all that we ordered but they were sooooo delicious. Next we ordered our appetizers, no dinner (we weren’t that hungry lol). I ordered the shrimp tempura and calamari; which were mouth watering good. My cousins and sisters ordered crabcakes and wings which they really enjoyed as well. Also, if you go in a group of 4 or more be ready to pay a «service fee». Overall, I really enjoyed my experience there and the ambiance is really nice. I will be back again, and this time for dinner.

Love love the food, atmosphere and drinks. Everything was perfect! I would definitely go again. The service was great. Our server was Akeem. No complaints there! He was awesome.

Hm I am not sure where to start.
1. The food was just okay. I had the jerk chicken to be safe and it was ok.
2. I like the fact they have a LOT of drinks to choose from. I had a Bahama mama and a sex on the beach and bother were awesome.
3. The décor could be totally done over. It looks like granny from down yard was paid to do the décor. For the location and vibes the décor needs serious work. the white table clothes… yeah
4. The service could be better. My server wasn’t attentive enough and i did not like the fact some servers had on all black some didn’t. One girl had on heels so high, then a next guy his pants were sagging. They need training.

I don’t live too far from here and every time I passed this place at night it looked so nice because of the lighting and the fact that there are no other places like that in the area, so I was kind of interested in going. My sister went there a few weeks prior and said she really enjoyed the food and the drinks were «strong». When we walked in a gentlemen greeted us and said to wait in the front as he prepared our table of four. A minute later a girl approached us and asked what we were doing and said to «hold on» walks back and tries to bring us to a table as the original person who approached us stops her and tells her that he already has a table for us. As this is happening my sister tells me that the same girl was there when she went weeks prior and was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge them when they arrived. Whatever I didn’t care for that because «things happen». Moving on, My sister and I got there before the rest of our party and the server asked for our drink order and I ordered a frozen margarita and my sister ordered a mixed drink. Minutes later the rest of our party arrives and the server immediately asks them for their drink order. 10 minutes later the server brings the drinks of the people that ordered last, and 7 minutes after that she brings my sisters drink… Then 8 minutes after I get my drink which was not frozen. I wait 2 minutes and flag her down and tell her if they can please give me a frozen drink and she said no problem. 10 minutes later she brings me a frozen drink with no alcohol… I’m not exaggerating I asked the others to taste it and they agreed. I didn’t want to ask for them to fix it again so I let it go and eventually ordered beers but what the efff the one time I decide to order anything other than wine and beer. It took her a while to bring the food and I ordered sweet potatoes and she told me that it would come with some «special sauce» which it never did. There was a mac and cheese side my sister ordered which was actually really good so I indulged in that for the rest of the night. Getting closer to the end of the night another server starts to clean up but she has head phones on so it was weird. I also witnessed other servers running back and forth from the kitchen which is a big no no in the culinary world. It’s just sigh… It’s not going to last and if it does it will serve to a fast food crowd aka not a nice sit down restaurant as they try to portray themselves to be especially because they are a bit expensive.

The food was enjoyable, but service will be the reason they shut down sooner than later.
My experience from start to finish.
My cousin was having her birthday dinner here in the catering/​large party area. I enter the restaurant at 9:45/10 pm. The front end hostess who greets you is on her phone so I walk past her to figure out where I’m going. The next employee I see is a server who had no idea where to send me, but that wasn’t her job so I walk past to a room in the back and I see my party.
I greet, sit then a server with blonde hair takes my drink order. She recommends a mango daiquiri to my mother in law. That was the last we saw of her. Then another server brings our drinks two daiquiri’s and two ginger ales.
We read the menu and decide what to order, the calamari, tempura shrimp, oxtail and brown stewed red snapper. The server that brought us our drinks took ½ hour to come back and take our order. We requested a separate bill, she told us we can.
When our appetizers arrived, a guy from the kitchen brought it out, unassisted or directed by either of the two servers. He didn’t know who ordered what in this large group, but he made it work.
The calamari was okay, came with no lemon. The tempura shrimp wasn’t the Japanese style I thought it would be, BUT tasted great.
Throughout this portion of the meal not on server checked on anyone in this large party, not one napkin or water refill was offered.
Our entrees came out, same guy, same story. This time we asked for napkins he said sure, but forgot. When he checked up on us we reminded him and that became his first priority. He also brought us our To-​Go plates with forks and napkins.
Our second server came back out at the end of our meal and brought a few pitchers of water and napkins. I assumed because it was closer to tip time.
We toasted, cut cake and them the bill (singular) came out with our original blonde server attached to it.
We asked for ours separate and she told us
«It’s already here.»
Then I said
«But we asked for a separate bill.»
And the SERVER SAYS TO ME
«You didn’t ask me.»
Now that we have to divide a bill by 20+ people it ended up sending our portion up higher.
We paid I went to warm up the car, and the same blonde server told my mother in-​law to change the total she wrote on her receipt and add a $ 9 tip.
The food was enjoyable but horrible customer service will be their downfall. There are too many options in this city to spend my money with people who feel they’re entitled to it.
