I am a hair stylist and I’m consistently referring my clients to True Hair! Although I love the hair, I can only speak for what I have personally worked with. I have worked with the straight and wavy textures and both lace and silk closures. I have not experienced the new kinky curly texture yet. I can update my review when I’ve experienced all that they have to offer. I like their hair because my clients love their hair! I have re-installed and colored their hair and it still is soft. My only issue is the lace closures, although they look beautiful, they shed too fast! Your closure will get alopecia before you’re ready to take your weave out. And there was one incident when one of the employees was rude to one of my customers and didn’t give her the free product with her code.(I give my clients a code and they redeem a free product with purchase). That’s why I gave 3 out of 5 stars. That was only one incident, every other time they are attentive and polite. All in all, the hair is beautiful, great quality. The prices are reasonable. But the closures need to be better.

I purchased several bundles from this company. This hair is good quality hair. It is so good that I was able to use the same hair twice(of course I washed and conditioned it). This hair also does not tangle. I read the other reviews and perhaps the store received bad batches and they in turn sold them to the customers. I had a similar experience with indi remi(turquoise and black packaging). The first time I purchased this hair, it was great. Used that several times as well. However, when I purchased it a second time, the hair was awful! Matted, tangled, shedded within weeks. I chalked that up to a bad batch. But, when I had a bad experience the third time, I gave up on indi remi all together. I’m purchasing more hair from True Hair. I’m hoping that it will be the sane quality as my first purchase from them.

I am experienced person who gives a chance when it comes to buying hair. But I have to say that this hair is one of the worst that I have brought. Within 2 weeks this hair mangled as if it had barely touched it. I used a brush specifically for this type of hair. I followed instructions on hair care and I made sure to detangle every night and pin the hair up so it wouldn’t be out to mess up and was also tied down with a satin scarf. I even try to email the company i have received no response. I am upset to know i spent that amount of money to be taken out in 2 weeks only because I have to spend unplanned money.

Ladies do yourself a favor and do not purchase hair from this company! Clearly from my experience all the good reviews they receive must come from friends and family. I purchased 3 bundles of hair from True Hair 3 weeks ago. Needless to say my hair looks disgusting, matted, and lifeless! I actually went to the store(because management asked me to) to show them how awful the hair is. The manager, whom of which is supposed to be a professional had the nerve to ask me if I sweat a lot??? Umm what? I don’t, but if I did, that has nothing to do with anything. If it’s 100% human hair(which it clearly is not) it should not tangle at all! I spent $ 240 on this hair and now I have no choice but to take this out and purchase more hair. She refused to give me a refund. How can a corporation just ignore the fact that their product is damaged and not feel any compassion. As I stated earlier it’s only been 3 weeks. Human hair should last at least a year. And to add even more insult to injury the manger told me the only thing she can suggest would be for me to buy more hair at a discount price! Ummm what??? So let me get this straight I spent $ 240 three weeks ago and you want me to give you want me to give you more money? Do I look like a fool??? This corporation is disgusting and fraudulent! $ 250 on the bundles, $ 90 to get my wig made, and another $ 200 to get the wig sewn on, cut and styled. So lets do the math!!! $ 540 wasted due to their damaged, matted, disgusting, and lifeless hair!!! So since I haven’t been given a refund, or some type of replacement, I will be sure to post 540NEGATIVEREVIEWS on any form of social media just so I can get the word out!!! You all need to feel a loss just I have!!! And you will, as I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well!!! I work very hard for my paycheck, and I do not take kindly to loosing my money!!! #DONOTBUY
