Unique Flowers is a hidden gem, indeed.
I’ve been to this shop a few times since it’s a quick walk from my house. Everything always looks good, and I love purchasing roses here. It’s been a while since I’ve stepped foot into the store, but I plan to stop by again very soon!

Fantastic Find. Flowers never disappoint, prices are great! I live in Boston and this is my go-​to place to order flowers for friends and family in Brooklyn.

Flowers are wonderful. great selection, in spring time they have a lot of flowers to choose from, always get flowers from them.

What a prize! Sheepshead Bay! patronize this place. You don’t want to lose it.
This is a small shop that has LOTS of flowers for $ 1 – 3 each. I bought perfect roses for $ 1.50 each. There were buckets and buckets of them, and I could choose. Then an efficient young man arranged them for me. Beautiful.
There were also stuffed animals, toys, and vases for arrangements. Anything you need for floral gifts.
This place is so Brooklyn. Staff speaks Russian, Spanish and English.

My favorite florist — $ 1 roses, $ 3 hydrangeas — they always have new rotations of flowers and you can easily get a nice bouquet for $ 10-​$ 15. They also have premade arrangements for sale. Almost a bit hesitant to post about this place because it is a hidden GEM.

My absolute #1 go to flower shop in Sheepshead Bay! In all the years I’ve lived in Brooklyn, I’ve been to a variety of flower shops, but in terms of quality, Unique Flowers really is a cut above the rest. I love the wide selection of flowers and colors at the shop and the ease of access to select what you want. The flowers are always in beautiful, tip top condition and the roses are well preserved inside a giant glass refrigerator. Flowers adorn the entire inside of the shop and if anyone is looking for stuffed animals, they align the left side of the wall in all shapes and sizes. It’s a great one stop shop!
The staff never interferes and lets customers just do their thing in selecting what they want. However, if there is a major issue with the colors and flowers you selected, they will surely intervene with their advice. The prices are also very reasonable on non-​holidays when roses are only $ 1 and most other types of flowers, tulips, orchards, daisies, etc are not too much more. On holidays though, the prices do jump a bit to $ 3 a rose and the standard holiday bouquets become a little more expensive at $ 30 a pop. So beware when you buy on those special public days that you’ll be paying extra (as you should know already).
I mostly shop here on holidays and it can be quite chaotic on those days because the shop is located on a very public street. Whenever I arrive on holidays, there has to be about 40 people walking around the outside and inside of the store purchasing flowers. On these days, the shop will place bouquets outside in a tent for $ 30. These bouquets are nothing to scoff at because they ARE beautiful and well put together and they usually sell like hotcakes! But the good news is that they are always replenished with new ones. For $ 30, it might actually seem reasonable because of the variety of flowers bundled together.
I don’t see myself going to another shop anytime soon for as long as I live in the area, but if you are nearby and are in desperate need of some flowers for a loved one, Unique Flowers is in my opinion the best option!

The flowers are okay sometimes but customer service at the store is horrible! There is this one russian girl (tall) who has nasty attitude! she even yells at clients. I will make sure to tell my friends to avoid it because she thinks shes selling flowers at a Bazaar! Eww. i rather go to a different flower shop and spend $ 100 there just so people are polite.

I live in San Francisco, CA and needed birthday flowers delivered to someone very dear to me in Brooklyn and I found this gem on Unilocal.Phyllis quickly got down my contact info, what I wanted and where to deliver, took my payment info over the phone and it was done. She did everything I asked and more, she even emailed me a picture of the flowers. Great work, great customer service & most importantly beautiful flowers, not easy to find all these qualities in a business now a days. Thanks Unique Flowers & Phyllis for all of your help.

New flower spot alert! Unique Flowers have a large selection of flowers, stuffed animals, and vases at super cheap prices.
Their flowers are great quality flowers from Columbia which are brought to the store 3 times a week. They have already made bouquets, many different flowers to make your own master piece, and knowledgable sales people helping you through out the experience.
You now have a customer for life!

Good quality, good service and good price. What more can you ask for? :)

I have been going to this flower shop for all occasions. They have a big selection, better prices than most flower shops, and very beautiful ready made bouquets for $ 20 – 45.
However, I do not like that they dye some of their flowers and roses, and add glitter to their roses. In the spring and summer there is a beautiful variety of flowers.
The Russian speaking staff is exceptional. I have never had any real issues except with the Spanish speaking staff. Some of them don’t speak English at all.
I came in today and asked a Spanish speaking employee if I could buy a packet of flower food and she flat out said NO. She spoke to another employee in Spanish, and he said no as well. I was under the impression that this was a business, and can’t believe someone could be so rude to a customer. I will reconsider buying anything from this place anymore.

I believe these people also own a florist on 86 St near 19 Ave with the same name and prices. I ordered a HUGE bouquet for my mom last night and I could not believe the price! It was a bouquet of fresh white lilies and 5 pink roses for $ 20!!! lily normally cost $ 6 a stem! I must have gotten 10 stems in this bouquet! It’s huge.
I had them add decorative sparkly mesh for just $ 3 more.
They sell roses for $ 1 each! Hello!!! How can you beat that? You can’t!
At these bargain basement prices, I’ll be buying myself bouquets simply because it’s Tuesday!
The supermarket across the street would sell the exact bouquet that I bought for well over $ 75.
I’m so excited to have found this gem of a store.

This is a great go-​to place to get beautifully arranged long stem roses for a $ 1 each. The gf and I were invited to a birthday dinner in Brooklyn, we were told where to find a flower shop, and I was absolutely shocked by the price and the quality (I thought it was a mistake — $ 24 for 2 dozen roses).
