This post office too small to serve the Starrett City community and the surrounding area. Understaffed for the Holiday Season and the clerk… Miss Williams should take a vacation if she can’t be nice during the Holiday season! It’s a small facility with little room to accommodate holiday crowds — everyone is bunching in to make room for others and Miss Williams wants to know why everyone is standing beyond the line. FOH! U should be replaced by a computer.

This post office is part of Starrett City, it is located on the ground level of 1310 Pennsylvania Avenue. There is a ramp which makes it wheelchair accessible for those who may need it. This location is very small but it does serve its purpose. The mail clerks are very nice and helpful. I would suggest this location if you want to avoid long lines and want fast efficient service.
